I went there on Tuesday around 5pm so there were quite a few cars in line and up front waiting on food. I waited for my food 20-25 minutes and people were constantly walking inside bc they were getting impatient. I wasn't too thrilled regarding the wait time but I wanted to brag on Shane. He was running around and working SO hard but still was extremely nice and apologetic to all the customers. He even came out to my car while he was running around inside the store getting orders together just to apologize and let me know my food would be out shortly. I wish I had cash on me to tip him bc he was amazing. The place seems to be understaffed especially during such a busy time but Shane made up for it. Man deserves a promotion for working diligently and with such positive attitude.

How many times can you mess up an order?!? First, I showed up and they supposedly had no record of it even though I paid for a stuffed pretzel crust pizza online. While I’m waiting for the food I ordered nearly an hour ago, they proceeded to make me a regular pizza with cheese sauce instead. After I informed them of the mistake, they made me a stuffed crazy crust that wasn’t even cooked! The bottom is literally raw dough. And the order is still incorrect! I paid extra for a pretzel crust and expected to receive that. The staff inside seemed friendly enough but come on. I’m done ordering from Little Caesars altogether. This isn’t the first time they have royally screwed things up and I suspect it won’t be the last.

Been standing here for about 30 minutes with people not knowing what is going on at all. The management isn't running this place at all and they are struggling with no system in place. The food is getting cold and people are starting to get mad. Get it together and put a better system in place for these workers

I ate here and got sick I will never deal with them again this weekend has been the worst ever all day and night nausea throwing up and diarrhea never again I had the deep dish pepperoni I only ate 1 slice imagine if I ate more I probably be hospitalized these people are the worst also they take money cards etc running in and outside touching the exterior door touching people hand while giving them their order and go straight to the kitchen never washing their hands and start making the pizza what a nasty Joke ?

This location has been hit or miss in the last several years, but I decided to give it another chance a few nights ago and was not disappointed. A young man by the name of Khris took great care of me. I told him I wanted 2 pizzas, one with pepperoni, and one with sausage. He was very polite and made sure that my pizzas were hot and right out of the oven. I hope this man is in charge of this location, because as long as he is in charge, they will make a lot of customers happy. Thank you Khris for your service and your professionalism!

They tell me they’re out of crazy bread every time I come to this location, and as a previous employee, I know that they use the same dough as the pizza, so I’m being lied to… this location is always “out” or something when they don’t want to make it. Not to mention, they locked the front door at 8:30pm because they’re too “busy”, except the fact that no one else is in line nor waiting for orders..
