I called and reported that I had got 2 pizzas A cheese and a pepperoni, 2 BBQ Chicken wings and a breadstick. Both of my pizzas had HAIR in them and my one box of wings had 2 pieces of HAIR, the girl said she'd remake them if I brought them back, well after 4 pieces of HAIR I've kinda lost my appetite, some one needs a hair net 🤢

They post on the app your order is ready and give you codes to get your food but then when arrive to pick up make you still wait 20 mins to get it and tell you it’s still in oven. Customer service at this location needs a major overhaul.

On Friday 5-23-25, me and my 12 year old walk in the store 40 minutes prior to close time and attempted to order 1 pizza. The lady immediately walked up and said we are closed. Open sign lit up on front of store and hours of operation posted they were open until 10:00. When I questioned her about the sign and being open, another employee from the back emphasized that no they are closed. Very unprofessional and misleading if they are not going to keep store open as posted online and in the store.

Two time in a row I've ordered a pizza and I arrive 10 mins after the time It said it would be ready and it hasn't even been started not because they are busy just horrible work ethic not one hot and ready just employees sitting around

I put in an order to be picked up at 3:45, i show up at that exact moment and still had to wait 30 minutes to get my pizza. Had someone show up after me who worked there and she orderd a custom pizza at the counter that they didnt ring up her customizations and she directed them on how to make her special pizza adding alot of extras. She got her pizza before anyone else who had to wait. This place sucks. It took 45 minutes for me to get my stuff even though i ordered on the app ahead of time. I should have canceled my order and got a refund.

I had a T-Mobile offer & they had no idea of how to make it work
Rude as trying to be cute about not wanting to take the order
Yet for the school folks were taking care of them & not me
You can't call other locations because the DA machine won't give you a live person to chat with either

Glad to say I've saved money from not ordering from here, turning off the online ordering and not answering the phone is a one way ticket to hopefully shutting down soon. This has been an on going problem so I discourage anyone from ordering from here, if you even can.

I entered the lobby around 5:45. I stood at the front desk without anyone greeting me even though they clearly saw me walk in. About 5 minutes pass then I’m told that they are not taking orders in the store currently. I then asked if it was online orders only. He then stated they were working on a large order and just weren’t taking orders all together.

My complaint is that if you are too busy to take orders during prime time dinner hours then you should lock the door and turn the sign to closed.

My second complaint is that if an order that large is actually being processed then there should have been more than one person working on pizzas.

Very poor management all around.

Since I have to come to work for this particular Little Caesars. I've seen the new manager Hunter making the necessary changes person positive reviews. If you haven't eaten in this location lately I strongly suggest that you do and make this your new Little Caesars home. be sure to check out the website for promotions deals and discounts don't forget t0 make sure to leave us a good review.

Never had a issue till now, we called and spoke with a actual employee and when I get here 15 min before 8 pm when they close now after ordering 1.5 hour before hand I am told they do not have my order and they do not take over the phone orders but yet he showed me the call in's they do have on his computer screen! Mine was not in there so either you do accept them and just messed up and didn’t save mine or your lying about something!!!!!

Where do I even start?? Employees don’t wear gloves, they stand around gossiping rather than making food. Employees are in and out smoking and everything else and don’t wash their hands when they come back in. Place is disgustingly dirty. It’s just awful honestly.
