Been using this location for 4 years now. While never having an issue till now. Had a delivery ordered shorted the m&m brownies. Not a big deal. Tried to call the store to get things sorted. Continued to sit on hold for 25min. The delivery driver was able to make it right on her own dime wich is not right. Not sure my brownies are suppose to be frozen or not but the service was bad today.

Waited in line at the drive through for 35 minutes only to get to the window and noone acknowledged that I was even there! I don't even eat little Caesars and definitely would never go back. Poor service!

I ordered my pickup order at 2pm. Stuffed crust, extra cheese, pepperoni, onions and BACON. My pickup time was 6:15pm. I arrived at 5:50 and was told I needed to wait. Completely understandable. I walked back in at 6:10 and sat down and waited for the rush to clear out. Not one employee asked me what I was waiting for. At 6:25 I walked up to the counter and a guy asked me what I was waiting for, I told him my order and he went looking. The 2 women working the counter were not showing him where my pizza was, and was just yelling throughout the store ‘over there!’ He goes and looks again and can’t find it. One of the women sits down and proceeds to play on her cell phone and ignore me standing there. The guy looks at her again and she screams and points ‘I told you over there!’ The guy tells her that is not my order bc it has black olives on it. She goes ‘oh they just have thought the B meant black olives not bacon.’ He then asks me what I want. Mind you I have now waited 45 minutes for 1 pizza. I tell him I wanted the messed up pizza and my pizza made correctly. The lady said NO and grabbed the pizza and said I can have a refund.

The Little Caesars 4-Quarter calzony is my current favorite and is sooo good!!! BUT my review is REALLY for their employee Zack. Every time I go in there he is running the show and keeping the store going. He is working solo on the majority of the days. I hope his employer knows what a great asset he is to the company and he definitely deserves a BONUS or promotion. I would hire him if any company is looking for help!!! ?

I worked for this company and it has been almost 2 months now since I was supposed to have gotten my paycheck and I haven't gotten paid. I reached out to Tiffany Ganz and she hasn't responded. I've called the customer care number and they've been reaching out to no avail. I'm being told that Amy is not responding to customer service attempts. This is ridiculous!

I ordered my food online 20 minutes ahead, when I arrived, they gave my order to someone else, and made me wait another 10 minutes for them to cook more. They don't use the Pizza Portal system at all, it's all first come, first serve. Terrible online order service. Never going to this store again.

Ordered two pizzas and they didn't get either right. Could not eat. Not cut through. Crust was soggy and not crispy for a thin crust. Husband couldn't eat his either. Want my money back! Worst pizza ever. Will NEVER go there again.

The pizza wasn't cooked all the way and workers was rude to my mom when we came back for a refund but they never gave us our refund back because the manager didn't know how to give a refund back then they gave us another pizza but that wasn't cooked all the way to so I wouldn't get a pizza from them

Ordered ONE pizza at 5:10pm, drove 20 minutes to get it, on the way to get it I got a email saying my food was ready, then I arrive at little Caesar’s and they made me pull over for another 20 minutes because they said it was not ready yet.
