They never answer the phones here to make a to go order! And there is no way to.order on a website so it's pretty annoying to have to sit and wait what seems like forever to get food. Food is good sometimes but not always consistent so gave 2 stars fir the good times. Please make it easier for To-Go orders!

First time checking this place out with the family, it was clean had great food and our waitress Mrs ASHLEY was amazing! She had positive energy, any questions we had she was there to answer! She was also great to my son gave him crayons and her nice peach color pin :) it’s been a stressful week and most people don’t understand how great it feels to actually sit down and have a great server with a positive attitude, Great job Mrs Ashley you were amazzzinng ?

The staff were all very friendly. The beer was excellent and cold. Not a fan of the seared tuna BLT. It was only seared on one side. It was mostly raw because of that. Tasted okay but the consistency and temperature were off putting. Nice atmosphere. For the day after Christmas, it was nice. I thought they would be busier.

Found this place on a word of mouth recommendation--okay, that's a fancy way to say our son's friends told him to take us here when we came to town to treat him to dinner. This place has a great atmosphere. There are tap pulls used for decoration throughout, and I particularly liked the bottle light fixtures. There were a couple of strong options on the menu. In the end, our table ended up with a modified Courthouse burger, a Chicken and Waffle Sandwich, and a Dirty Bird Chicken Sandwich. The Courthouse burger typically comes with pepper jack cheese, but they allowed a sub for bleu cheese. Huge burger that got great feedback. Got the buffalo bleu cheese butter on the side, which somehow made its way over to the chicken and waffle sandwich. Report is it worked really well with the chicken and waffles. The chicken and waffle sandwich disappeared the quickest, as it was on the teen's plate. Apparently, it smacks. Although I normally get grilled chicken when it's an option, I decided to get the Dirty Bird as originally on the menu. (Grilled +$1) Slap Yo Mama sauce was a good addition. It also made its way to the chicken and waffles--another combo that good a good report. Certainly a place I would frequent when in town. Only mention is to pay attention to the payment options. The bill payer wasn't wearing glasses when the check came and missed the note that any non-cash payment options would be an additional 3.5%. Had that been seen, we would have opted to pay by cash. Might have been something the server could mention when they see a card with the check, just to really, really make the charge noticed, but it's not like it was hidden on the check, so just make sure you pay attention; a lot of people probably just throw down the card without reading the entire check.

Great experience overall! I called in an order for takeout and the girl over the phone was super polite and I told her to excuse my voice because I had a cold and was losing my voice. She told me that pretzel bombs were her go to comfort food and I took her word for it and they are delicious. She ended up writing the cutest thing on them. 10/10 customer service!!

Our waitress, Ashley, was wonderful! And the Bienville burger? was delish!! We finished with the German chocolate cake (a little dry, but still good).
Sweet people work here. My food arrived cold and dry. I waited 40 mins to get it so I think it sat in the window. It wasn't good hot either. But I'll give 5 stars to the staff. Yall were kind and helpful.

This place has an extensive beer menu for anyone who loves draft beer. The food is great for the price and very delicious. My server, Ashley, was fantastic, familiar with the menu, and made sure we were well taken care of.Definitely going back again.

First of all let me say I LOVED LoDa. Eat at the downtown location all the time and never had a single problem. It was probably my most recommended restaurant in Mobile before this.Today however, my fiancé and I had just gotten in from vacation. He’s not from here, and wanted a place to grab some lunch and a drink and to watch football. I live 5 minutes from the West Mobile location and suggested it. We go in and he’s not a big beer guy. Asked if he could have one of the smoked old fashioneds we saw on Instagram. Bartender says not yet but she can make a regular old fashioned. So far so good we are easy going. The drink she brings back is absolutely clear. And just tasted like water with orange juice in it no whiskey or bitters. Even the guy next to us laughed and said that ain’t no old fashioned. But again we just asked if he could have a margarita instead. Again it tasted like freaking WATER. No lime. No tequila. Just salt and water. We each took a sip. Gave up on cocktails and moved on. We get the check and they refused to comp the disgusting drinks. The manager, Madison, was cold and rude about these frankly undrinkable drinks. Trying to tell me and my fiancé (a lawyer and a bartender) that it was against State Law to comp alcohol. I had half a mind to snap back that there wasn’t alcohol in those drinks or ask her to tell me what statute, but she did agree to comp one. Still, we paid $7 for a sip of saltwater. At least our food was good.TL/DR: don’t waste your money on “cocktails” at West Mobile LoDa. There’s more alcohol in the beer cheese.
