Typical Logan‘s experience. Good food at a good price with good service. Very consistent and that’s why I return again and again. It’s a great spot to go with coworkers.

Don’t arrive here if you are in a hurry. Our waitress was efficient and friendly, but seemed to be too busy. Places being understaffed seem to be the norm now, but I wonder if it’s not a management style. The sign said wait to be seated and wait we did. We waited for someone to take our drink order. We waited for our drinks and then to order which resulted in much more waiting. The food was good. I had the grilled pork chops with the trimmings while my wife had the crab cakes. All was good, but not anything special. So, if you are looking for fancy or unique, you will be disappointed. In our travels we have stopped here more than once, while the food is always good the serve does vary, but is generally slow.

Not sure who owns this place but I can tell you why most your tables are empty on a Saturday night. The manager Charles berating the employees in front of customers. First time here and last time coming here. I had the pleasure of listening to him chew out a employee about putting to much sugar in the sweet tea losing the reastraunt money. Overhearing a waitress say im not going to let Charles make me cry today. Leaving Logans roadhouse disgusted.

This restaurant is the worst. They serve over priced banquet tv dinners. Corn, instant mashed potatoes... crabless crab cakes that taste of mayonnaise alone. The rolls clearly kept in a steamer. Food isn't palatable. Prices are too high. This restaurant chain is a waste of space. Curbside is a joke.

Got the Prime Rib steak meal, and it was sssooooooo good. They normally do not have this cut of beef throughout the year. And it has limited quantities. Our server was very attentive.

I went here with a coworker after work and everything was perfect. I service suggested everything that was delicious and we enjoyed our meal and was stuffed. Got our food and was fresh. Fast service! I don’t remember the young man’s name that service but he was such a gem.
Dietary restrictions: I was able to order a pescatarian meal because salmon is offered

We were about to leave and a member of your staff, Caitlin, stepped up and said she didn't know where our waiter was, but she'd take care of us. I'm glad she did. Never did figure out who was supposed to cover our table.

Wait staff could not answer a simple question about menu items and were told “I don’t know” several times. Management is just as clueless. Order a drink and it takes 20 mins to get it, some food items were cold as if it sat before for a bit before being brought out…and with as slow as they were, you’d think the service would have been better.

I walked in today to place a to-go order and stood at the desk waiting for someone to even acknowledge me. Workers walking by no one spoke or attempt to get someone to take my order. The restaurant isn't busy, so you would think any one of these workers could help me but they didn't bother. We were just at Logans for my birthday on November 8th, the food and service was great that evening. Maybe pull those workers to day shift. Do better Logans

Waited 20 minutes ,was never waited on. Was told after 10 minutes our waitress would be with us. We got up to leave after someone else was seated and waited on right away. The manager approached us and asked how we were ,I told him we were out of there . He said I cant find your waitress,yeah us either. We will never go back. They were not busy at all. We were the only ones in the main dining area.

This place reeeaaaallllyyy depends on who's cooking..... we ate here 2 times the past week the 1st time my steak was cooked to perfection 👌🏻 amazing taste, broccoli I ordered extra steamed and it came out perfectly, my loaded potatoes were awesome.The second time we went I was craving it so bad bc of how amazing my steak was a couple days prior and was handed a bland looking piece of meat that looked like it was thrown in the oven. No flavor at all and the pieces that weren't tough were only fat. My extra steamed broccoli was raw and hard, the loaded potatoes seemed like leftovers from the day before. But the rolls were fresh out of the oven and our waitress was extremely nice. I just wish I knew who was cooking the 1st time bc that would be the only time I ordered steak!!
Cheap meat and poor service. I would not return.
