We were seat next to this lovely couple that was already there they got there food and then we order ours then another family showed up they took there order and was seated across from us then a husband and wife showed up then they ordered there food so we waited for our food the family across from us got there food then the husband and wife got there’s so we asked were is our food so after another 20 minutes they got our soup which was cold then we waited again and the steak was raw in the middle then we asked for the manger , the manger was really professional and kind I really liked and enjoyed talking to her about it. Then we got our deserts and started eating my desert and I was touching the plate and it was dirty I could feel the grime on it so I didn’t finish my desert we came two other times and it was a great experience except last night and I think the server was mad cause we sayed something she sayed she will get the manger like I sayed the manger was very nice and accommodating and when we got our desert the plates were dirty and I think the server did that on purpose.

Alot of families came to eat and the service was very good. Most of my family had steak and the half-pound cheeseburger with was so juicy when cooked medium well. So far this steakhouse is 5 stars

The restaurant smelled a little musty or wet. It wasn't intolerable but it did take some adjusting too.

first time and the last time.i paid extra for food / sides that i didn't even get. crazy part is, they let the phone ring over and over instead of answering it so i can see what to do about getting my sides or whatever. so if uu just wanna give them money and not get what you paid for go ahead and go here. what i ate was good but it sholl wasnt what i picked and paid for

I've been standing at the pickup counter for ten minutes. Multiple staff have walked past me but I've yet to even be greeted.
The mashed potatoes were dry and chunky. The meat was far undercooked (that is par for the course here however.)

For a steak place, this place had no clue what medium rare steaks are! Had send the steak back 2 times! Bake sweet potato was way over done, most of it was burnt! They did not have enough wait staff at all!
The food was hot and came in a reasonably amount of time. We went during one of the busiest times of the day

My mom raves about this place and I, as an amateur foodie, was skeptical. The place was surprisingly great. Lovely interior design, great staff, shockingly good value for the shockingly delicious food. The Parmesan chicken was A+.
