The ribeye steak was tough and not flame broiled properly. It didn't really look like a ribeye. I've eaten them all my life and this steak looked like a piece of round steak. Will not order steak there anymore. I give the steak 2☆'s. Everything else was fine. Baked potato was perfect. Salad was delicious. Ice cold Mic.draft beer was excellent. Strawberry shortcake was different from what I am used to but it was quite tasty. My server Jada was perfect and very courteous and helpful. It's always nice to have a server like her . On the subject of the steaks my wife and I decided to just bring them home and slice them thin and make some fajitas out of them. Didn't want to cause any difficulty with Jada and the grill cook. Thankyou Jada for being a great server .

The place is great. My girlfriend and I go here for date nights fairly often. It’s a nice place for casual, but very satisfying food. Steaks are always great. Sides are always great. I’ve never had any complaints from this place whatsoever.
I received no refills on my drink, had to ask for our check 15 minutes after finishing our meal. My steak was cooked perfect, but was ridiculously tough. Bread, as always was delicious.
Vegetarian options: Strawberry chicken salad was huge and fresh. Other salads and veggies available.
Jayden was amazing! She's was attentive & the food came out fast. Everything was wonderful!

Last two times has been an awful experience. the first time i asked for a medium steak it was bleeding. and the manager argued with me over it. this time our server it took her 7 minutes to great us. she never gave us refills never came back to check and make sure our steaks were cooked good.

WOW! The wait for food was absolutely ridiculous. I have no intentions on ever spending anymore money at this restaurant. Over an hour wait. The food did not all come out the same time. Makes no sense. If you can't do it right, don't do it at all. The portion size was that for a 5 year old. Never again! Don't reply with an apology 😒 It is not acceptable for an unacceptable experience.

I’m so sick and tired of these people don’t want to accommodate a small party we have tried last year on a Sunday was told it’s to busy and we are short staffed and again today that time is our busiest time we can’t do it and the same thing happened but every time we come as a small family I always see others at tables by the restrooms all eating together Kim was very rude about the situation is it because we African Americans or what because we was told last night that it was okay and that 85 percent of the party had to be there to be seated and call again today around noon to give them the heads up and was told NO we don’t accommodate that many guests at once

Place a to go order and it was cold set out for pick up rather then keeping it in a warmer fries started out hot but were soggy once i was ready to eat them fried chicken sandwich was good but cold as well customer service here was also poor but there is definitely room for improvement.

The girl with the glasses working the to go orders on jan 18,2025 around 7:30 PM has the absolute WORST customer service. She intentionally left an item out of my order and did not tell me. When I checked my bag and noticed it was not there I went back inside and she said oh yea we are out of bread and you can wait 5min. I said was you just not going to let me know when you brought my order out? She said I just forgot. I told her I’d wait. 20 min later She still has not brought it out and the rest of my order now needs to be reheated. She should not be working with your customers.

Went to long horns on Jan 4 ,25... atmosphere is always nice ....try the wild west shrimp appetizer it's great...if you're a big eater go ahead and get the combo plate with the half rack of ribs and two Parmesan crusted chicken breast with two sides I gave it a great rating because it came out fast and it was a good meal.
Ray was an excellent service. Friendly, fast serving, attentive, he was wonderful! The food was very good too. Ask for Ray when visiting this particular restaurant.
