Long horns is going down. The bread plates weren’t washed good. The booth had foam coming out of the sides. The art on the wall was extremely dusty and the restroom reeked of urine. The waitress didn’t give any refills and we had to wait 20 minutes for the tab when I was ready to go. I only stayed after I saw the half cleaned plate because my daughter really wanted to eat there but i won’t be back.

My steak was brought to me in room temperature. I complain to the waitress and she handled it very professionally. I was super impressed.. The manager brought the cooked steak back to me, and she started blaming me for ordering, medium rare rather medium. When I told her “ ma’am I am not stupid this steak was cold rather than undercooked” she started accusing me of referring to here that she’s stupid. Started a whole fight in the middle of the restaurant. I think her name was Angel. She was the most unprofessional manager I have ever met in my life!! She was the most disrespectful manager I have ever met in my life! It was unbelievable. The food is pretty good here and waitresses are amazing.

My experience here was HORRIBLE and this was my first time walking threw your door. I should have went with my first instinct after I walking in first and the hosted sat two lady down before me and I was there first I let that slide. I was seated quickly after the hosted realize we wasny together after assuming we were together wick I said something to the hosted and she apologized as i was being seated. My serv was Ms Nia and she was nice she took my drink and I had to send my water back because it had lemons and I asked for water with no lemons. Ms Nia quickly apologized and brought me another one. When my food came out it wasn't hot which was not okay but okay because I was taking it home after getting full of my appetizer. However i had to send my broccoli and bake potatoe back because I asked for (extra steamed broccoli) which wasn't extra steamed and it was cold nor did it have butter on it. I had to send the bake potatoes back because it had sour cream and I don't eat sour cream the second potatoe came out with sour cream on the side with the other toppings mix together. It sucks I just moved on this side and a LOVE longhorn needless to say I will continue going to spanish fort. I've also never been to longhorn and I never saw one member of management walking around and simply asking the customer how are you is everything okay. Ever longhorn I've been to I've always see a member of management interacting with the guess. And lastly i noticed it was alot of dust everywhere in the dinning room right before I was walking out and it started with the table i was at had i not been so in disbelief on how the hosted seated two people's before me I would have noticed the dust and definitely left. That would have been it. But trying to give this longhorn the benefit of a doubt and it was horrible. If your dining request Ms Nia after a bad experience she was nice.

The ribeye steak was tough and not flame broiled properly. It didn't really look like a ribeye. I've eaten them all my life and this steak looked like a piece of round steak. Will not order steak there anymore. I give the steak 2☆'s. Everything else was fine. Baked potato was perfect. Salad was delicious. Ice cold Mic.draft beer was excellent. Strawberry shortcake was different from what I am used to but it was quite tasty. My server Jada was perfect and very courteous and helpful. It's always nice to have a server like her . On the subject of the steaks my wife and I decided to just bring them home and slice them thin and make some fajitas out of them. Didn't want to cause any difficulty with Jada and the grill cook. Thankyou Jada for being a great server .

The place is great. My girlfriend and I go here for date nights fairly often. It’s a nice place for casual, but very satisfying food. Steaks are always great. Sides are always great. I’ve never had any complaints from this place whatsoever.
I received no refills on my drink, had to ask for our check 15 minutes after finishing our meal. My steak was cooked perfect, but was ridiculously tough. Bread, as always was delicious.
Vegetarian options: Strawberry chicken salad was huge and fresh. Other salads and veggies available.
Jayden was amazing! She's was attentive & the food came out fast. Everything was wonderful!

Last two times has been an awful experience. the first time i asked for a medium steak it was bleeding. and the manager argued with me over it. this time our server it took her 7 minutes to great us. she never gave us refills never came back to check and make sure our steaks were cooked good.

WOW! The wait for food was absolutely ridiculous. I have no intentions on ever spending anymore money at this restaurant. Over an hour wait. The food did not all come out the same time. Makes no sense. If you can't do it right, don't do it at all. The portion size was that for a 5 year old. Never again! Don't reply with an apology 😒 It is not acceptable for an unacceptable experience.

I’m so sick and tired of these people don’t want to accommodate a small party we have tried last year on a Sunday was told it’s to busy and we are short staffed and again today that time is our busiest time we can’t do it and the same thing happened but every time we come as a small family I always see others at tables by the restrooms all eating together Kim was very rude about the situation is it because we African Americans or what because we was told last night that it was okay and that 85 percent of the party had to be there to be seated and call again today around noon to give them the heads up and was told NO we don’t accommodate that many guests at once
