Lost Pizza Co. Mobile Midtown

We had visited another location while traveling and found this place in Mobile. The food was good. Strangely the greek salad didn't have any black olives. I went to the front and a woman looked at the menu and told me that it didn't specify black olives so we were good.

I as a parent is writing a review on the personnel at this establishment. One thing I will do is take proper steps. My daughter had asked for verification that she didn't work there anymore. For about 2 week she tried to email and even went to the store and was turned away due to the store being busy. Management by the name of Melissa Smart eventually hand wrote a note on notebook paper and signed it, not to mention it look like scribble.( I will post ) So me being the concerned parent called and asked if she had a company letter head she stated no but she will redraft the paper. I'm thinking great. Well my daughter picked up the paper on TuesdayJuly 15th. She typed it on copy paper. Not a signature, not a company stamp or phone number it looks like a school note. How is this suppose to be given to any establishment for verification when it looks like anyone could have done this. She is very rude and unprofessional. I will take every legit action to get the proper document from this company. They do not treat their employees good well let's just same some employees.

Lost Pizza Company is a very appropriate name. I give them zero stars. My pizza order was placed at 5:48 and delivered at 7:36 very cold. It was not the drivers fault. She waited at the restaurant for over an hour and a half.
The only reason I didn't cancel the order was out of respect for the driver.
She missed the opportunity to make numerous deliveries in the time she waited for my order. Why did it take an hour and forty five minutes to bake a pizza? Then give a very cold pizza to the delivery driver. The fact they would not answer the phone exemplifies the lack of leadership that engenders poor customer service. Grub Hub receives zero stars for their egregious lack of help with my order.

My daughter and I loved that place! The pizza did not disappoint. I had a pesto pizza and she had a standard pepperoni. The wings looked amazing. A solid pizza joint. We also won a free dessert pizza, which was so delicious. It tasted like a cinnamon roll with chocolate on top. If you get a golden gumball out of the machine, you get a free dessert pizza. Fun place plenty of room inside and outside dining.

Ordered delivery and these guys delivered!!!two small pizzas, 6 wings and cheese bread. Absolutely excellent food!

New owners are hateful bigots 🥰

We waited an hour on our order of 7 people and one didn’t receive her food until the rest of the party was finished eating and then it wasn’t really hot. We’ve been coming here for years and never had this horrible of an experience!

Overall bad company giving bad pizza experience. New owners are too busy deleting poor reviews instead of fixing working conditions. I miss the amazing crew that was here. I’m disgusted by the dishonest practices. WEAR YOUR MISTAKES WITH PRIDE, YOU LOST A GREAT CREW. NOW YOUR BUSINESS HAS TO BEAR THAT ON DISPLAY. A GOOD COMPANY WOULD LEAVE THEIR REVIEWS, NOT BURY THEM IN SHAME. We will not be returning, you’re pizza isn’t worth my dollar.
