I got a tea and shake the tea I bought I asked for sour the lady made it way to sour and I called up there told them that I still had the drink and I wanted a different drink it’s a difference then sour and where you can’t drink it at all the owner said she would give 20 percent worse place I have went to and horrible customer service don’t spend your money with them

The SWEETEST owner & staff! I haven't had loaded tea in foreverrr, due to a bad experience at a different shop in Mobile. But upon arrival, at Luxe, they had great suggestions and were so incredibly kind, patient, & thorough when I was asking about different options. Will definitely go back regularly! Highly recommend the Boss Babe w/Collagen!

The owner was super sweet, and makes the best teas. With a lot, and I mean a lot to choose from. You get your money’s worth and a refreshing drink. I will definitely be back.

I wanted Cammies Old Dutch ice cream for lunch (don't judge me) but settled on a loaded coffee frappe and it was FIRE! 250 calories vs. 3000 I planned on consuming; worth every penny! Andy my health is the better for it. Awesome service and establishment; owner makes you feel welcome there. Gonna put this place in my rotation.
