I'll keep it simple. The food was mid. The taste, service, and atmosphere is nothing to brag about.

I got the retro breakfast and hot chocolate with a side of gravy and fried green tomatoes. The food was very bland, biscuits were mediocre. My friend got the maple chicken biscuit and fried green tomatoes. The maple biscuit was drenched in syrup(would have been nice to know ahead of time) my eggs were tasteless except for a hint of bell peppers which was no where on my plate. The smashbrowns are tasteless. The hot chocolate didn't even taste like chocolate at all. The fried green tomatoes, the outside was crispy but the inside was very gooey. Now I'm not normally one to down a place but I paid almost $30 and hospital food tastes better than this.

Disappointed is an understatement. We visit regularly but lately the consistency has not been seen. The food lately has been lacking. Then the fact that they are allowing people that don’t even work at the establishment walk around in the kitchen and around because he didn’t want to wait in the line. Although I do notice that these things happen when the general manager is not working. The picture is what the potato bowl was basically pure wet spinach.

Not what I expected. Order at the register then walk around a wall and it opens to seating. The coffee is in large containers and its serve yourself. 4 of the 6 containers were empty at 1030. The dining area was not clean. The dish bin was piled up in the dining room.
The biscuits were cold and dense.
Lastly, where you park, you have to walk a good distance around the bustling to get to the entrance. So anyone that’s got walking issues, this is a no. I wouldn’t go back.

I come to Maple Street almost every Sunday after church and when I need a good study place. The servers are so incredibly hardworking and so kind. Miss. Kaylee is so kind and always greets me with a smile. Also the food is delicious!! I never leave feeling hungry, and don’t get me started on their coffee, best cup of joe hands down.
