No one greeted me when l walked in and I had to wait until two employees finished their conversation before waiting on me with him still talking to his friend/coworker I received the wrong cookies and he didn’t even say thank you or anything

A few weeks ago I placed an order for a cake for my mom’s birthday, the lady who helped me was very professional and helpful. The cake was ready for me when I arrived and super simple to pick up. 100% recommend for special occasions!

the girl working was not professional whatsoever and had an attitude about me leaving my wallet in my car..i was coming back in to pay for it cause y'a know they took the time to make it.. the guy that works here was very helpful though and had no problems at all :)

It'd be great if ya know the kids that work here were a little nicer. They make it very awkward to even speak to them and they seem annoyed that that your even there (unless they know you) I work in retail and am pretty awkward and even I'm better than this. If you can't be nice to customers and provide a halfway decent experience don't work with people period.

I took my nieces by for a surprise and found out they’d never been to one of their stores. The staff was amazing and patient with the kids while they decided which ice cream they wanted and how they wanted it. We visited on 6/3/23 so a huge kudos to those working!
