My husband and I love coming here in the afternoons. The ladies working here are super sweet and welcoming. They helped me pick out my flavors and toppings with great service. We will definitely be coming back. For the place to be run by what looks like just children, it was a great experience.

Went here yesterday 8/22 around 3pm and the girls working were so rude. They didn’t say anything, just stared and you could tell they were judging you. It made me feel like I was a problem for being there. Will be going to the one in Saraland from now on because the service is just horrible. Those girls need to be fired and need to work somewhere away from people. All I asked for was a sample and pretty much rolled her eyes at me for asking. I’m sorry you hate your job but please don’t take it out on customers who just want a good ice cream experience!

I know it's usually kids working there so I try to cut some slack but jeez. The service isn't great and they throw away ice cream like crazy instead of filling the cone 😬

I use to would have given this place a 5 star, I use to come here all the time with my kids bf they grew up.
I recently went back and they must have changed their ice cream provider bc it's no where near as Creamy tasting
Then the waffle cone, I always got a chocolate dipped with peanuts, this time they said they had no nuts and I had to get butter finger
The chocolate tasted like very cheap chocolate nothing like before and it didn't taste like butter finger, seriously my whole cone got threw in the trash can
And I am certainly not one who wastes.

The waffle bowl was stale, but the ice cream was good, but it was a bit expensive

literally the most disrespectful blonde girls i've literally ever encountered. i payed $8 for ice cream and they messed it up, remade it and refused to put the gummy bear toppings on it like my last one was supposed to be made. actually the most disappointing experience ever. plus they completely just ignored my bf and didn't take his order only mine...

While the ice cream was good, the waffle cone was not. I brought it to the attention of one of the girls behind the counter to see if I could get another cone as it was not crunchy and tasted old. She grabbed another cone, took a bite of it and said that they all taste that way. Then, she threw the rest of it away. She told me that the only waffle cone that was made there was the bowl. When I asked her if she could put my ice cream in one of the bowls, she said it would cost me more. The only thing she offered me was a cup and then said have a nice day in a very sassy tone. To the owner, please teach your staff (especially the one with the long ponytail) that the customer comes first. I should have been given a bowl without any additional charge. It wasn’t my fault that the cones tasted bad. Even if your employee is having a bad day, don’t take it out on the customers. I was only there to have some good ice cream with a fresh, crunchy waffle cone.

The ice cream is good but pricey. That much is very understandable, given the business model: it's not going to be as cheap as buying premium ice cream in a grocery store.

What I'm taking two stars off for is the poor bussing of the tables and the fact that the place does not accept tap-to-pay.

Great tasting ice cream. Their young staff is trained well even with changes to staffing.

Took my 2ndand3rd#1favorite grandsons for Sunday ice cream, it was good..as long as they have a smile I have one..fast and friendly staff

This is the third time my order has been messed up in some way. The first time my come wasn’t even half full nor the right toppings and I was told that I would be charged another cone if they remade it since it was already made. The next time the cone was stale and the order was wrong again and I was told the same thing even though the cone was not made yet. This time tonight I ask for one of the marketed combinations and it was the complete wrong thing again like I’m talking wrong ice cream missing toppings and again told the same thing. Do better guys my order was a combination the company came up with.

It was very expensive for not much Ice cream.

The super sweet lady insisted I take some banana pudding ice cream to my banana-loving toddler. He approved. My favorite is the snickerdoodle.

Ridiculously stale cookies and rude workers. The only person who would help me was the younger black kids. I have never had such horrible service or horrible cookies from here. Those cookies were beyond stale and were obviously days old. For what they charge, you can at least bake cookies daily. Just nasty! We will not be back.
