I have eaten Marco's pizza for years, but tonight's pizza tasted like someone poured salt over it, and too much salt at that. I placed my order online and opted out of including a tip. I came in to pickup my pizza and was planning to leave a tip but the customer service was awful. I could see at least three people working: one white guy was busy loading dough or something into the fridge withing 10 feet of the register. Never looked my way or opened his mouth. The 2nd associate, a young white girl was to the right of table where they cut and box the pizza. Not sure what she was doing but she was too busy working and never acknowledged me either. Finally, the 3rd associate, also white girl, came from the back, never spoke but said I will be with you. I just asked if my pizza was ready because the ETA was 7:23 and it was around 7:15. I wasn't rushing them but I also didn't want to be waiting if my pizza was ready. The only person to acknowledge me asked the other girl to check. She was bending on the floor digging in her shoe, just jumps up without responding or washing her hands, and grabs my pizza from the oven, cuts the slices and hands it to me, all without saying one single word to me. Of course, I stuck my money that I was planning to tip back in my pocket.
Worst pizza EVER and the customer service sucked. Everybody in there deserves to be fired. Food is too expensive these days to only receive salty pizza and horrible customer service. My advice is if the pay is low and/or the company is horrible then get a job some place where you love. The customers definitely don't deserve to be spending their hard earned money on bad food and bad customer service.

Best I can say is the pizza is Marco’s. So it taste fine, yet the order wasn’t right. Upper management needs to visit this location. There’s too much wrong to even list. This is a management issue.

I’m driving for uber and picking up an order from here. The staff are very unprofessional. The orders are not being made prior to arrival for call-in or online orders. Many customers were told their order was not ready or had not when in the oven yet. This establishment is not clean. Smells like mold in here.

This place was 10/10 i definitely recommend it all the employees greeted me as I walked in and the store manager even made sure that it was all good and too my liking I think everyone should always go too the location! I have been here about 5 times and it’s always an amazing experience every single time!!

Marco's makes great tasting pizza. I am always satisfied with my order when I visit the Cottage Hill location. I don't know her name, but there is a skinny red headed lady that always greets me kindly. She is always complimentary and shows appreciation for my business. On several occasions she complimented the smell of my parfume. It brought an immediate smile to my face. This is a great location to visit for great pizza.💯
