I received my online ordered 20 mins after it claimed it was delivered I had to call the store to find out that it was sent via door dash and not through Marco’s. I received my order, opened the boneless BBQ wings and they are plain, no sauce. I’ve been on hold for 10 mins and still no one to speak with. My receipt and order clearly states BBQ. This is not the first problems I’ve had, shame on me for giving you guys multiple chances.
Ordered for pickup tonight. Arrived to witness one employee cutting the hair of another employee... Why would you do that? Pictures on Google and dept of health notified.
This location is ran by a fantastic guy, IDK how long he's operated it but he's absolutely terrific! He has gone above and beyond to provide friendly customer service, and timely & efficient order handling! (He has even helped me with car troubles lol) He has a great sense of humor, and compassion for others. Love this location!
