Me and my mother ordered a large pepperoni pizza, and it was the best pepperoni pizza we have ever eaten! The pizza was very hot when we received it, and the cashier Joey was very polite and attentive. Very happy!

The man working there was extremely rude. I ordered pizza online but when I arrived the doors were locked. I called the store and he stated well there is a drive thru, I’m in the back trying to make pizza. So if you would just drive around you could see that.

It’s quite unfortunate that the quality of food has gone downhill. We have been using Marcos for the last 5 years and it’s always been great but the last few months it seems like something has happened. Tonight we ordered wings , meatball bake and pizza. They forgot all the vegetables for the meatball bake and the pizza taste like dough and cheese. 2 months ago the pizza we ordered was soggy and everything fell off when you picked it up. Sometimes we take losses but when it’s continuous, we have to just take our business elsewhere.

I ordered a Pepperoni Magnifico online and picked it up at the drive up window. It said it was ready in 15 mins and I only live 3 mins away. It was terrible. It was so soggy from the handfuls of pickled jalapeños they just threw on it. It was so greasy that I had to removed it from the box and put on towels to absorb all the grease. Juice from the pickled jalapeños were making it extra soggy so I had to remove them(that I paid extra for). Never again!
My first time and it was delicious. Ording online was easy and the delivery was quick.

Me and my family order from here all the time Marco’s usually is very good but this past month whatever employee they have that started working there obviously needs more training this past month we have ordered a few times and every time has been terrible. This is a regular pizza and the crust is super thin and I said well done, but since the crust was so thin on the regular hand toss pizza it made it super soggy and not edible at all.

I received my online ordered 20 mins after it claimed it was delivered I had to call the store to find out that it was sent via door dash and not through Marco’s. I received my order, opened the boneless BBQ wings and they are plain, no sauce. I’ve been on hold for 10 mins and still no one to speak with. My receipt and order clearly states BBQ. This is not the first problems I’ve had, shame on me for giving you guys multiple chances.
