Food was great bit the prices are not. I bought three sandwiches with three sides, no drinks, it came out to $59! I can get three foot long subs at Subway for $30-$39 bucks. It was good but not worth the price.

They are alright but they’ve changed the menu and gotten rid of the stuff I used to get and the value of the food isn’t as good as it used to be. It’s really unfortunate because Ive definitely spent at least at least a grand or two at McAlisters in the past two years 😂. The side cups are only ever filled halfway and the sides are super expensive. The portions seem a lot smaller than they used to be and the food just isn’t as good. Ive been coming to this McAlisters since I was a kid so it’s honestly pretty sad. I go to Jason’s on Airport now because they have a better selection and the portions are a lot bigger.

I waited 28 minutes for my to go order. I understand if its rush hour, but you need to be communicating with your customers. I was standing right in front of the the counter and none of the employees checked on me for 20 minutes until I stood right in front of thr pick up area and even after they asked me if I had been helped, they walked back in the kitchen and forgot about me until I walked back up and grabbed someone. The lady who gave me my order was kind and I appreciate that. But waiting for 28 mins for a sandwich is not ok. Especially when you cant check on your customers right in front of your face waiting quietly and patiently

I called and spoke to a Savanna but it was a for a different location around 11:00 AM. It was on Airport (west mobile) I told her my order to the detail and what was messed up on it. I told her to give me about an hour, due to I don’t know when I actually be at my order. She was able to verify the order and explained to let me know when I am on the way. She said, she will be leaving but Q the manger will be.
Upon Leaving Best Buy, thinking that this id where Brandon picked up the order on Satchel. I went in to get the remade order and met Brian or Bryan not for sure how it is spelled the District manager. I told him I was there for remake and told him what the order was. It “appears” he was trying to catch me where I was not being truthful or honest or even contradicting my statement. This man went as far as pulling the transaction for that time from, which was okay. Come to find out it, it was at the other location.
I said , who is the manager here is it Ms. Q or who it is she said Tina.

I do honestly feel as though this could’ve been handled a better way. The way Bryan questioned me as if, I was trying to be deceitful is utterly disgusting and disgraceful

I called Q and she said, yes Bryan did call but Savvanah had already confirmed the order.

Bryan is the district manager at this location and the one over Airport and this is what happens when “these” type of people have any type of authority. It’s misused.

I will NEVER EVER step foot in this location.
