They are alright but they’ve changed the menu and gotten rid of the stuff I used to get and the value of the food isn’t as good as it used to be. It’s really unfortunate because Ive definitely spent at least at least a grand or two at McAlisters in the past two years 😂. The side cups are only ever filled halfway and the sides are super expensive. The portions seem a lot smaller than they used to be and the food just isn’t as good. Ive been coming to this McAlisters since I was a kid so it’s honestly pretty sad. I go to Jason’s on Airport now because they have a better selection and the portions are a lot bigger.

I waited 28 minutes for my to go order. I understand if its rush hour, but you need to be communicating with your customers. I was standing right in front of the the counter and none of the employees checked on me for 20 minutes until I stood right in front of thr pick up area and even after they asked me if I had been helped, they walked back in the kitchen and forgot about me until I walked back up and grabbed someone. The lady who gave me my order was kind and I appreciate that. But waiting for 28 mins for a sandwich is not ok. Especially when you cant check on your customers right in front of your face waiting quietly and patiently

I called and spoke to a Savanna but it was a for a different location around 11:00 AM. It was on Airport (west mobile) I told her my order to the detail and what was messed up on it. I told her to give me about an hour, due to I don’t know when I actually be at my order. She was able to verify the order and explained to let me know when I am on the way. She said, she will be leaving but Q the manger will be. Upon Leaving Best Buy, thinking that this id where Brandon picked up the order on Satchel. I went in to get the remade order and met Brian or Bryan not for sure how it is spelled the District manager. I told him I was there for remake and told him what the order was. It “appears” he was trying to catch me where I was not being truthful or honest or even contradicting my statement. This man went as far as pulling the transaction for that time from, which was okay. Come to find out it, it was at the other location. I said , who is the manager here is it Ms. Q or who it is she said Tina.
I do honestly feel as though this could’ve been handled a better way. The way Bryan questioned me as if, I was trying to be deceitful is utterly disgusting and disgraceful
I called Q and she said, yes Bryan did call but Savvanah had already confirmed the order.
Bryan is the district manager at this location and the one over Airport and this is what happens when “these” type of people have any type of authority. It’s misused.
I will NEVER EVER step foot in this location.

I like eating here the food is usually good although the last time I had a hair in my salad, the employees are nice just thought it was probably an accident. The problem I have is I was going to stop by again after not visiting for a few months and the homeless that are surrounding the restaurant does not make me feel good or even want to eat outside. Today there was 6 standing outside on the wall or lurking around.

I had the Jalapeño Turkey Crunch, Caesar Salad, and a strawberry lemonade. The sandwich was very flavorful and packed. It had a little spice, but hot, but enough to still feel a slight light heat on your tongue. The chips in the sandwich was a nice touch.
The strawberry lemonade was good, it was not too sweet.

I placed an online order and my order was ready for pick up almost immediately it felt like (I placed order about 11:40am and it was ready within like maybe 10-15 mins). When I arrived to pick it up, the cashier was super sweet. I could hear the cashiers interaction with a customer at the register placing his order and she was polite to the elderly man. I watched her explain what he was looking for, she had manners the entire time speaking to him. Then she had no problem ringing me up again for 2 drinks bc I forgot about it online. She had the front counter clean of clutter and was staying busy in between customers! I do know the cashier's name but I also know HIPPA laws and won't add it. She knows who she is :).
Place was clean and food was good. I had the Ruben.

I normally use the app to order but decided to come in and place my to go order today. The lady taking my order, Kenyatta, was very cold and rude. After I got my receipt I noticed it wasn’t as much a normal, I get the same thing every time. I just asked if that price was with the 2 added cheese dips. She immediately became defensive and got an attitude. All I was doing was trying to make sure they did not undercharged me because I would have gladly made sure I paid for what I was getting. But she rudely told me that it was free. I was just confused because the menu does say 1.99. Sometimes people just don’t need to be the face of a business or learn to not be defensive.

I had a dine in order, my food was forgotten about. After 40 minutes I went to the counter to ask for an update. I didn’t get an apology or any offer to rectify the issue. They had completed the order out. I eventually got my food and it was not what I had ordered. I paid extra for ingredients that were missing. My first time coming to this chain and definitely my last. The girl at the counter was incredibly rude and seemed like she didn’t want to be there.
