This place used to be a lot better but I think it’s gone through a lot of staffing changes and it kind of sucks now. Mcalisters corporate has made a lot of questionable decisions including their recent revamp of their menu, removing some of the best menu items. However this is a franchise so they can’t really control it, what they can control is that the service is honestly pretty bad here now. They would make my sandwich wrong and then argue with me about it. They used to have great service but I think there’s been a management change and they’re honestly pretty rude now typically when I visit, so I don’t go there anymore. I hate having to bring my food back up because it’s wrong, but they act like you’re doing it because you like having to wait another 15 minutes for another sandwich. Then they’ve served it the exact same way which is still wrong, and at that point I just give up and leave. If I pay 13 dollars for a sandwich, I expect it to be made correctly. There was a garden turkey sandwich and it was never supposed to be hot because it had a dressing on it, was never once served hot, then one day they started toasting it and insisted it was always like that… Hot cheesy balsamic vinaigrette 🤮 There’s a woman who’s presumably a manager who’s SO mean to the employees too. She would just verbally belittle them lowkey in front of customers. It was sad.

Had a pick up order tonight. Small order, nothing crazy. Got it home and a third of it was missing. No chips, no drinks, no cheese sauce, all of which I paid for. They were not busy, only a few people in there. No excuse. Just terrible service by people who clearly don’t pay attention.

Just ate lunch today with a couple of church friends. Realized you got to order at the counter, then be seated, and they don't attend tables until after you're finished. Service is adequate upon prompting. Food is good, well prepared, and tasty.

I have a pretty good experience here. I got to a McAlister’s at least once a month.
Went here today for lunch, we did curbside the lady who brought out the food was so sweet and quick, but when I got home I was about to take a bite and there was a hair in my food. I called and they resolved it by providing a full refund so I’m giving 3 Stars but definitely recommend they have kitchen staff double check hair being pulled back of wearing hair nets or hats etc

Food was actually terrible. Sandwich came out wrong and had a hair in it. Broccoli Cheddar soup was inedible. Chili had no beans, so essentially meat water. Drink was $4. Mrs Vickies chips were the best part of the entire meal. $10.99 for the half soup and salad but ordered a drink and my meal total was $17+ for a less than mediocre lunch. Do not even waste your time.
