Horrible place to eat. I've never seen slower service in my life and the people are never at the front desk. It has taken way to long to get people's orders and the floor is dirty as hell, crumbs on the table nor were they ready for customers having to pull out straws for people in the middle of the day (it was full nobody came and put it out). Go somewhere else

Waited almost an hour and still no food. Employees went to break in the middle of a busy time, and came back to work without washing hands. Observed employees touching food with bare hands, and another picked trash up off the floor and went right back to food line without washing hands. Some employees without hair restraints. HUGE Sanitation violations at this location in addition to terrible service.

During Mardi Gras, they do not allow use of the restrooms, which I understand. However, the group I was in bought a bunch of food and beverage for the parades that night. When I reentered to get warm enough (it was well below freezing), everyone was getting escorted out the building if they were not getting food. I understand that generally, albeit for Mardi Gras, there needs to be an alternative plan in place to account for the festivities (e.g., perhaps consider closing that day unless you are willing to have enough staff to keep the restrooms open for a major event).
Manager stated no one prepared enough onions for my Mc doubles so I had to receive my burgers no onions

Why is there kids walking through the drive thru?? Why is my order wrong?? Why I can't get to the window because these kids sitting at the window dancing and playing with employees???

This location is the worst Mcdonalds I have been to. We placed and order at 3:18 and didn't get it until 3:48. They made many mistakes also with our order even though it took forever. We had a six piece kids meal and they gave us four. When we went to the counter and told them they said it was a six piece but they just put it in a four piece box. There was multiple people who kept coming in because they left out things or got it wrong. I was very disappointed with this McDonald's.
