Today the drive thru was fast. The service was poor. The food was so so. Most of the time they are so slow. They need employee improvement. Act like they don't want to be there and don't seem to care.

Who doesn't love a guilty pleasure hash brown before work??? This is the only McDonald's I ever visit and they are so incredibly consistent.

I've been at this McDonald's several times in the morning they are never open on time @ 6am I sat in drive-thru 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order nobody never said nothing so I pulled to the window the 2 works that was in the back looked at me in my face and turned there heads I tried calling on the phone the phone rang one time someone picked up you can hear moving but nobody said nothing and then hang up when I call back the line was busy like they took the phone off the hook. I really don't like the downtown location ???

Food was ok once I went back in to grab my fries they forgot to put in the to go bag. Numerous homeless folks inside and outside. Run down atmosphere, probably won't be back.

We stopped in here 2 different mornings during Mardi Gras. They really have it going on! I have a dietary restriction and they got it right both days! The food was hot, fresh, and the service was fast! The bathroom was clean with auto flushers and no touch dryers. They didn't have seat covers and one of the stalls was out of paper. All in all a great job for the high volume they take care of!Dietary restrictions: They got it right

Mon feb12 1:08 am. There's a black teen boy playing on the drivethru speakers and taking nobody's order. Asking if "we'll be using our mobile app" then complete silence til anybody arriving just leaves.
Avoid at all costs. If Ronald McDonald was alive today he'd personally burn down this nightmare of a location.

If you are brave enough to stare a brush with e-coli in the face and eat here. I hope you don’t mind having having pushy homelesspeople or rude employees and a nasty dirty lobby … Then try the dine in experience.I made the mistake of having to use the bathroom while there… I have seen cleaner better smelling under-serviced port-a-potties on construction sites in middle of summer after taco tuesdays! It reeked of smells i would like to soon forget.To say it was unsanitary conditions would be giving this place an undeserved pat on the back.
