just listened to the manager argue with a customer and refused to give him 2 sauces when he ordered 2 in the app. all because his order only gets one sauce.... even though he specifically asked for another in the app. so rude and argumentive for a 25 cents sauce cup that the customer ORDERED.

By far one of the worst McDonalds I’ve been to, I have been 3 times and the only good thing is the lady at the drive through speaker, the other staff are rude and filthy, my food has never been correct from here, and when they “fix it” the burgers are so cold and burnt and most times still wrong, the workers are always on there phone and don’t even acknowledge you except to ask if you paid yet, the drive through lady made food with no gloves while being on FaceTime then took a picture of me and laughed then went back to making food with no gloves on the phone, straight to the trash, by far the worst waste of $30.

The employees are super social with eachother, but can't even look at you or even talk to you. Come on McDonald's! Train your team to greet the customers and be polite! The mute guy at the window just tossed my bag at me and shut the window. Rude

My kids ALWAYS want nuggets & fries!! When we have too much to do & short on time it’s always fast food now. Went thru the drive thru, & 5 cars were ahead of us. Why it took us almost 50 minutes to actually get our food, had me mind blown! Every time I almost pulled off, I said 10 more minutes. Then my teen said, atleast we will have hot fresh food. I relaxed thinking that was going to be the case, but no. I’m still heated I wasted money on food they couldn’t consume. Wasted time, money, & just to turn around & physically have to throw it in the trash while still hungry annoys me. I’ve never had nuggets so hard. My son let his sit in sauce, trying to soften them, that did nothing. The fries were cold, which kids don’t mind, but they were hard & super small end pieces. Which made them harder. My daughter’s hamburger said no onions,& still had major onions !! It had so much mayo on the bun, & she legit started eating when we got it,& it was so gross. Smell, consistency, taste, the quality. It’s mc Donald’s so I didn’t have high expectations, just grab kids food & be done. It takes a lot for me to complain, but after spending time, money & assuming I got the kids fed, & still having to go somewhere else after we got home because they couldn’t eat was a big inconvenience for me. I’m 8.5 months pregnant, I’m tired. It’s cold. I know things happen, & ppl make mistakes. I didn’t mention the other items they mixed up, or got wrong, i understand that. Really upset I didn’t take pics.
