Stayed in line over twenty minutes the lady at the window claimed my mobile order couldn’t be found even with me showing her the digital ticket on my phone. After never receiving that order my other order was incorrectly made the burger was filled with ketchup & mustard only & extremely cold as well as my fries & nuggets!
Too many homeless hanging out inside. Not a safe atmosphere.

Waited over 20 minutes for 4 cookies, there were probably only 2 people working, and nobody apologized for the wait. Only reason it got 2 stars because the cookies were fresh.
Almost every time I've been here, the food is mostly correct, but the attitude from the employees is unbelievable. They also have issues fixing their problems. I have ordered from curbside and one of my items was missing. The one who brought it to my car immediately left without making sure everything was correct, so I had to call out to him from across the parking lot, to which he stood there and just stared at me. He finally begrudgingly came back and took the bag, and to his credit he did get the item, but walked off muttering under his breath (which I can only imagine what it was). There needs to be better training on customer service. I get people have bad days, but when there is a genuine mistake, like it's on the customer. I paid for my food, and I expect to get what I paid for.
