Sat in the drive thru line for 15 minutes with a car ahead of me. They were taking the outer lines order and left the inside line just sitting there, not moving. It's amazing how y'all want 18+ an hour and can't even manage the drive thru. This is just sad.

Mobile ordered at 10:30 . Got here at 10:50 sat in line behind 1 car for 10 min before they took their order then I just sat there for 20 min then I pull up to the window sit there for 10 before somebody finally comes and says there closed and had to explain I had already paid they say pull up wait another 10 min surprise they out of half of the order these folks sorry up here . Why does is say 24 hour if yall close at 11?

They didn't mix my McFlurry. Just a pile of soft serve with a lump of Oreo on top. Least they could do was warn me before I dug in.

They need to fix there phone ! And need to get orders right ! And if there is a problem with someone orders or a frappee machine is down , let people know not just send one item and not the other items and not tell someone the issue to fix it and try to take people's money ! People don't wanna work anymore and help people. There has been so much complaints they need to fix themselves.
