Never remember to put chicken nugget sauce in the bag.. and then want to charge you for a sauce when you go in the store as if they didn’t forget to put it in the bag! Mfs act like sauce come out they check personally.

This used to be one of the best locations and I would drive out of my way to go there because they were friendly and the food was prepared with care. Now you can count on getting a subpar hamburger, cold french fries, and an attitude from the people working the drive thru window and that’s IF you’re fortunate enough for someone to even take your order at the drive thru. I just sat for 10 minutes tonight waiting for someone to take my order before I finally just drove off- won’t be back. Not worth the time or money.

Stopped at this McDonald's on the corner of Hillcrest and Grelot to get something to eat stood up the front counter for about 5 minutes had two or three employees look at me and not the first one say anything at all so I walked out the door y'all might want to get better employees cuz of when y'all have now customer service skills suck very bad

Just left this McDonald's around 1030 pm 11/26/24. The drive thru rep seemed to be annoyed that he was at work. I tried to order my son a McDouble bundle as listed on the menu. He says, "we don't do that nomo." I say, well sir it's still listed on the menu out here. He goes silent. Comes back up like, "can I take your order?" I'm still inquiring about the bundle. His tone is irritated and annoyed.. "we don't do that anymore". Does not offer any replacement deals, does not offer to honor the price listed on the menu or any further assistance.

If the menu is already outdated for this particular bundle, how can I confidently order without annoying the associate again? I just decided to cancel and not put my kid in a situation where his food could be tampered with bc the associate seemed to be having an off day.

Only to get on google to leave a review and see that this location has terrible reviews. Which I personally understand.

I honestly would to go five stars had they not dumped about a pound of salt on my fries so I bought two fries but can’t even eat them and thank God I don’t have high blood pressure. Don’t do this but do not want so much salt on their fries they cannot even eat them.i digress I opened my burgers and there’s 2 pickles on them. That’s sad! I haven’t been here in awhile and I NEVER worried about my food being like this def won’t be coming back

Every time I get quarter pounder or a double quarter pounder from this location, when I get home I have to microwave the meat because it’s pink inside. I won’t be going here again.

Sat in drive through from 10:45-10:48pm and no one responded to me through the intercom. Drove around to the second window and told the female I had an order on the app and she instructed me to drive back around to the second window for them to I guess ring it up. I did so and there was a male washing dishes that looked up at me and continued washing dishes. Drove back up to the window and both females ignored me. I will be making a complaint tomorrow because my money and reward points have already been taken and they pretty much refused to make my order. Horrible service

Came to get brekfast ordered 2 well done hashbrowns, 1 was cooked fresh other was not and put in a separate bag I opened the one not cooked and there was something green in the middle I went back through and asked for another hashbrown the mng said you ate half of it I explained the green in the middle which he passed off as seasoning. Then he handed me another hashbrown and said HERE! it also was cold the mng has an attitude very condescending! This should not be allowed fast food or not!

Aren't you guys supposed to be open until midnight 12am - why were your lights off and your kitchen shutdown at 11:40, when I arrived to pick up my online order? Is it just so your employees can stand around for 20 minutes and milk the clock? I can see every single one of you staring down at your phones doing absolutely nothing. Grow up, you bums.
