Nobody working the counter and the kiosk was unusable. After trying the kiosk it instructed me to pay at the counter. Manager came to review my order and was rude. Asked if I had been helped I said no I am waiting to pay. This after being forced to search for and select a table number prior to completing the kiosk order. I explained the kiosk ordering is annoying and not easy to use. He stared and mumbled as he walked away. All of the breakfast patty, biscuit and eggs were way undercooked. Sprite was watered down. Four employees were eating breakfast at 9:30am on a Wednesday. Several were laughing and dancing in the kitchen. Place was empty. Immaculate braids and nails though I can't lie. Seriously feel driven away from here.

I had just had a procedure this morning at the hospital as I was starving after my friend stopped here to get me a meal worst ever the meat was cold dried barely on the bun loaded with with ketchups cuz they're trying to cover the horrible taste the young lady that gave us our food was polite he ordered just a plain burger it was not worth stopping has McDonald's went so far downhill I mean at least put it on the bun that was just slapped together nasty

At around 9:20 AM on 7/13/25 , I came through and ordered through the drive thru. The workers at this location in both windows were the rudest people I’ve ever met in my entire life. Out of every McDonald’s I’ve gone to, this is the worst one in terms of service and attitude.

It does take a while for the food to come out if you do curbside pick up but it’s always good and they have never forgotten my sauces.

I’ve always had bad experiences at other locations but I’ve been coming to this one for the past 3 years and NEVER had a problem! We visit frequently too because my autistic son loves Happy Meals.

Highest prices in Mobile. Senior coffee was a $1.31 and they charge for water. Will not go there again. Most Mc Donald's charge $.65 for senior coffees. Price gouging....

I ordered a bacon qtr with cheese. There was no BACON. It's in the name how can you leave off the bacon. plus I paid extra for the bacon which I didn't get.

Never remember to put chicken nugget sauce in the bag.. and then want to charge you for a sauce when you go in the store as if they didn’t forget to put it in the bag! Mfs act like sauce come out they check personally.

This used to be one of the best locations and I would drive out of my way to go there because they were friendly and the food was prepared with care. Now you can count on getting a subpar hamburger, cold french fries, and an attitude from the people working the drive thru window and that’s IF you’re fortunate enough for someone to even take your order at the drive thru. I just sat for 10 minutes tonight waiting for someone to take my order before I finally just drove off- won’t be back. Not worth the time or money.
