I made a mobile order at 11 pm (just got off work) and they tried to tell me they were closed... if I hadn't already made my order prior to showing up, I never would've gotten my meal.

Drive through the comms were down pulled around no one to take money then 15 min wait no food then was asked to please pull back around. We left DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Won't be back i ordered 2 chicken biscuit combo after repeating my order 6 times I drove to the window and gave my order face to face. Order was wrong 3 times finally left with the last bag they gave me and it was someone elses order.
Pass this McDonald's every day but will not be back

In a hurry this morning so dropped in at this McDonald’s on my way to work. It was a drive by for sure, greeted by and served by two of the sweetest faces this morning. Wished I asked their names so leaving this would be more personalized…. Thanks for for breakfast!!!!

Great place for fast food. Unfortunately McDonalds has changed the food to smaller portions and the taste is different. Has McDonalds changed food vendors? I don't know. The staff was great though and the wait was reasonable.

You don’t know if they’re open or not line is wrapped around the corner. No one is responding on the menu board cars are full all the way around the worst ever. I made a mobile order for two meals. I sat in line for about 30-45 minutes before even getting to the window to get my receipt. I get my food and drive home and they forgot a whole burger, undercut me on nuggets, and forgot sauce. Had to drive back and I waited in the lobby area to get help to fix my order. NO RESPONSE FROM AN EMPLOYEE FOR 30 MINUTES. Had to go BACK INTO THE DRIVE THRU just to reach out to an employee who were rude to me about their mistake. Do not go to this location, the employees are rude and don’t take pride in their work and food will always be cold and you will be expected to wait 20-30 minutes.

I NEVER write reviews, but this place and their “manager” if that’s what you’d even call her deserves it! They don’t even deserve 1 star. Absolutely awful service and their so called general manager was one of the worst people i’ve ever met. I work in a restaurant and have dealt with many people, but nobody as rude and inappropriate as this lady. When working in customer service it it’s a known fact on how to and how not to talk to CUSTOMERS, the people who are giving you business, the people who are allowing you to get a paycheck. I had a online order and sat at the ordering machine for 10 minutes saying hello multiple times, no answer. I pulled to the first window and sat for another 10, when I didn’t see anyone or was even acknowledged I pulled to the second window. A young man asked what I needed and when I told him I had a online order he looked to his manager for help and instead of that she completely pushed past him and started basically getting on to me?!? She told me to pull back around and wait in the line again!! Like I had a ONLINE order, but you want me to wait in line again after completely ignoring and not acknowledging me being there. To make matter worse my brother and I parked and came inside after she told us this and she was screaming in the back about how we had came inside and she told us to pull around. She then locked the door, with us in there, even though their lobby wasn’t supposed to be closed. Told us to have a seat cause our order would, “take a while,” since she had other in front of us…what is the point of making a online order if you are still pushing us to the back of the line and telling us wait for our food cause you preparing the food of people who ordered after us? She then told us to wait in the car and someone would bring us it. Multiple people were trying to get in and cussing and yelling about how slow, rude the manager was, and how long they were waiting. We ended up saying forget it and tried to get a refund but she ended up yelling at my brother saying, “ the food is almost made and now your trying to get a refund?” She threw the bag on the counter and my brother came out after us being there for 40 something minutes. It’s actually crazy to have someone in charge of as a manager that acts that way. Very unprofessional and can gladly say they will not be getting service from us anymore. That lady that is in charge/ manger should be fired, because it’s absolutely ridiculous that is a person that is supposed to be training and helping to run the business. Thank you to the young man that let my brother in when he was trying to get the refund, but other than that, that lady should learn some customer service etiquettes, and how to overall not hate her life and job, we will never be going back.

I ordered food from this McDonald's on Cottage Hill Road the food was terrible I talked to the manager he took the food and informed me that they do not give refunds at this particular McDonald's

I’m writing to formally report an unprofessional experience with the general manager, Dana, at this location. During my visit, I ordered a hamburger and cheeseburger Happy Meal, both plain. Both were prepared incorrectly. When I tried to return the meals, the cashier at the second window said she couldn’t accept the food. Overall, waiting 20 minutes to complete my order, Dana arrived 2 minutes after waiting for my order to be corrected with a poor attitude and told me to hand over the food bag. I explained I was told they couldn’t take it. Dana then yelled, “Well, you’re not getting any food!” and slammed the window. I waited another five minutes until a gentleman named Michael came to the window. He was professional, apologized, and quickly resolved the issue. I’m submitting this statement to document Dana’s unacceptable conduct and to commend Mr. Lett for his outstanding professionalism. I would appreciate a follow-up on this matter.
