I tried to give them another chance but their customer service is still horrible!!! I pulled in the drive through lane (nobody was in line) as I’m waiting to hear someone on the speaker I got nothing. So I say hello? Still nothing. Wait another two minutes then I ask is anyone there? The employee hollers back at me saying ONE SECOND!!! I say nevermind and pulled off. This was at 7:45 on a Wednesday morning. All I wanted was pancakes but I’ll be damned if I give my money to an establishment who has rude customer service.

My order was Mobile pickup today. My order was so late my ice was halfway melted. Nobody likes a water down drink.
Not the cleanest place. Service was sub par. That feel of the place here is not friendly or welcoming but obtuse. We would frequent but the place and service keeps us away.

I go to the McDonald's at 5019 cottage Hill road quite often, every time I go in there it is very hard to get their attention to make an order because they are back there talking to each other and there is always off-duty McDonald's employees standing at the counter getting free drinks and cutting up and playing around that you can't even get up to the counter they're very rude and won't get out of the way
Tried getting an egg and cheese biscuit and she was adamant that they couldn’t do that. Went to a second location and guess what I got? An egg and cheese biscuit lol

Got to the window and the employee taking payments walked off without a word,5 minutes later a different person comes to the window and ask you have a fry or what. Payed pulled to the next window waited another 5 minutes for an employee to walk up and hand me a bag that was already sitting at the window
