My sandwich was old. The girl at the 2nd window gave me attitude because no one took my payment or acknowledged me at the first window. How was I supposed to know? One employee can create a bad review. I paid for old food and attitude. Not cool.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this location due to poor customer service and management. I placed an order at the drive-thru, but when I arrived at the window, the employee insisted that no order had been made. Despite the fact that I was with my kids and had clearly communicated my request, the situation escalated when the staff member called the manager. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, the manager told me that if I wanted to order, I had to circle back and place it at the window—a completely unacceptable approach.
This level of mismanagement and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. I strongly discourage anyone from visiting this location.

I went to McDonalds just 30 minutes ago and used the drive thru the First Lady was super sweet at the pay window but the lady at the pick up window was really rude and gave me a unsweetened tea when I ordered a larger iced coffee and even asked her if it was correct bc it didn't look like the usual iced coffee I get from there and she wasn't even in uniform she was wearing a pink just suit and was really disrespectful to me for no reason

They have the best, most reliable service of all the McDonald's in town.
Went to pick up my Mobile order at 6:40pm and was waiting behind a truck. After the window given him what seems like was our food, it was dropped on the ground and opened by the man in the truck. By the time we drove up, they tried to give us that same food that was touched and dropped. I went in to request for either a refund or for them to remake our food and the manager gave me a huge attitude and refused both options. She ultimately remade our food. Overall the experience was terrible.

I would give it zero stars but unfortunately I have to give it at least 1 star. First off I did a mobile order today to pick up inside but they close the lobby at 7pm when the dine in hours say dine in till 10pm. So i had to change it to curbside pickup. I pull in curbside and literally sat there waiting for 40 minutes until i went and banged on the window to get someone attention. When the young man came to the door he was nice and said sorry for the wait I’ll work on it! 20 minutes later the food finally arrive and of course I was missing a McDouble and I ordered two of the mchicken Big Mac and both of the Big Macs only had one piece of chicken on it 🤬
I ordered breakfast through DoorDash this morning. The driver was at the location within minutes. It took over 40 minutes for them to get a biscuit and gravy, chicken biscuit combo with a drink, and a sausage biscuit ready. The driver called me to inform me that my drink was on the counter when he arrived so by the time the food was ready after 40 minutes he asked for the drink to be remade due to it being watered down by this time and they refused. This is unacceptable and shows how lazy and unprofessional these employees are at this location! Do better people! If you hate your job that much then don’t work there!

Mostly good but i think having 2 lanes for drive thru gets confusing. I used my app and order thru drive thru and the other lane had ordered ahead of me and they still got my order and their order confused
