Feb 2026 - my order was made wrong and when they attempted to correct it they still made it wrong. Do to this, my wait was very long.

1 year ago -Food preparation was sloppy. Got an egg McMuffin and top was mostly torn in half. Service was pathetic since I did table service and all they did was call my name to pick up at the counter.

They use to be so good but now they’ve turned terrible, always forgetting your food always forgetting sauces and drinks. I will no longer be coming to this McDonald’s. I will be going to the one on snow road from now on

I go here 4 to 5 times a week and get my coffee and the weekend crew never ever listens...I order a large coffee 10 creams 7 Splenda and some times a shot of caramel INSIDE. Because im driving . The when I say hey this is not right they catch attitudes. I really dont have this issue during the week its the weekend kids walking around with phones in there hand acting like they dont want to be there .

Went to McDonalds ordered a 6 piece Happy meal with apple juice, the 2 Cheeseburger Meal with meat, cheese , pickles add mayo and Hot and Spicy with no lettuce extra Mayo fries to each meal was to have no salt had to pull forward and wait when they brought my order out my Happy Meal had no juice, the 2 cheeseburger meal had 1 cheeseburger and 1 hot and spicy bread burnt barely any Mayo on it. The hot and Spicy meal had little to no Mayo and the bread was burnt not to mention that the fries were cold and had salt. Tried calling the restaurant and of course no one answered the phone. So disappointed and the cokes were diet cokes

My sandwich was old. The girl at the 2nd window gave me attitude because no one took my payment or acknowledged me at the first window. How was I supposed to know? One employee can create a bad review. I paid for old food and attitude. Not cool.

I would just like to say the workers DO NOT know how to run a business they don’t take any orders at the drive thru almost 2 HOURS before they close they let people sit there also they are so rude and it’s disgusting in there I don’t think they cleaned in MONTHS they rush you when you go to order and they ALWAYS forget to give you something AND the workers don’t work they just stand or sit I will not be coming back to that place y’all need to get your workers in check because this is not right at ALL!!!! And again they are very rude and unprofessional!!!

I hate when I drive out the way to a store to do business. And I get there or, ten minutes before closing time and the store is already closed. They need to change the closing time. On the internet so that people won't waste their time

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this location due to poor customer service and management. I placed an order at the drive-thru, but when I arrived at the window, the employee insisted that no order had been made. Despite the fact that I was with my kids and had clearly communicated my request, the situation escalated when the staff member called the manager. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, the manager told me that if I wanted to order, I had to circle back and place it at the window—a completely unacceptable approach.

This level of mismanagement and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. I strongly discourage anyone from visiting this location.
