I just don’t recommend this McDonald’s because they are so rude. They just left me at the register for like ten minutes or longer and just looked at me. I wasn’t the only customer that walked out due to them ignoring us

Horrible. I had to place my order through a computer which was a new experience and I was ordering for 5 people. After going through all of sauces for the mcnuggets and out-of-stock drinks I made it through only to find a payment scheme that didnt work. I tried repeatedly to pay for my order and had to leave. NEVER AGAIN.
This used to be a good site, but I won't be visiting any longer. The service is pathetic from a particular shift. 15 minutes is not an uncommon wait time for order fulfillment. It took 17 minutes for a sausage biscuit and hash brown from a mobile order. I order two or three times a week (morning or noon). I knew it was going to be bad when I walked in and there were 5 people waiting for orders. Do NOT leave without checking you order. Drinks will not be ready when your number is called. You will go back into the line to get your drinks. Drive 5 minutes down the road to another McDonald's.

Went through drive thru for a happy meal. The burger was hard, so I went inside to exchange it. There was a group of customers and as I chatted while waiting learned that several of them were trying to get things missing from their orders (sauce, drinks etc). 3 employees clocked out on the front register making sure not to make eye contact, and left. The manager or shift supervisor just kept filling additional orders and would not stop to listen to any of us. Finally just left without the food I paid for.
