Last night 12-19-2024 I received the worst customer service experience ever. I want to start out saying I visit this McDonalds at least once a week and every now and then there is an item missing or something is messed up which is to be expect. But last night on my way home from work around 7:35pm I stopped by to get dinner for my family. When I get up to the drive thru speaker I could hear that the lady taking the orders were speaking to the man in the other line so I waited. When she finally answered for me to order our food I started telling her my order she kept stopping and it would go silent then she would come back saying is there anything else so I spoke up and said yes I have a few more orders as I began to speak she went silent again and then came back asking me is there anything else. So I started again we did this 5-6 times she then cut me off and told me to come to the first window I tried to tell her my order wasn’t complete but she never responded. Meanwhile the guy in the line next to waiting to order could hear our whole conversation and he lifted. I drove up a little and decided to go inside. I explained to the girl at the inside register(which was very nice) what had happened. She apologized and then began to take my order. Meanwhile the manager on duty was filling the bags with orders and handing them to the lady at the drive thru window she noticed I was ordering the same thing. I tried to tell her the lady on the speaker never let me complete my order. She really didn’t say anything to me. She just kept filling the orders and seemed Now with that said I’m not trying to get anything free. I just wanted to inform the store manager or owner that this was very unacceptable. I tried calling the store to speak to the manager the next morning but it just rang and rang no one picked up the phone. So this is why I am leaving a review. Again I don’t want anything free as a once a week customer I just would like to be treated better. I work in the customer service industry and I would never treat my customers this way. They say treat people how you would want to be treated. That is what I stand by.

Just got off from overnight shift Wednesday morning and was in the mood for breakfast via sausage macgriddle and the pancake sausage combo with hashbrowns .the order was correct and they even put a biscuit in with my pancake breakfast which made mine and my mom's morning special so will definitely returning again on the morning after work ☕️👌💯
Food was fast, drive thru employee was very slow on taking order. Didn't get the Hot Mustard sauce I asked for twice.

This is my local McDonalds nearest my home. I'm there practically every day even if it's just for a crisp cold Diet Coke. McDonald's gets a bad reputation sometimes but the entire staff here is warm and friendly, always have your ice cream ready to go and their curbside orders are lightning fast. I can't recall ever waiting more than 3 mins and that long is rare. Even management is always in the mix running orders out and clearing the line out fast. It's rare to go anywhere and have a pleasant experience with every single person you run into. They are always super curteous and that's why I pull in there for a soda rather than stop at the gas station right next door.

Don't waste your money. 2 day old patties that looked burned,fries so soggy you don't need condiments. Tables are filthy not to mention the floors are terrible. Terrible experience.

This place has a bunch young teenagers here that are rude and unprofessional. I started in the drive thru and it was backed up so bad that I had to leave my spot and go inside. I suspected that they might be under staffed this evening but, to my surprise they were fully staffed But, they are all playing around, not doing much of anything with the 4 customers in front of me and the two behind me( Also 2 of the cashiers that decided to take my order after 10 Minutes of sitting there looking at me and going about there conversation, didn’t even know how to take an order and had to get the manager on duty to come assist. I understand that this a fast food restaurant and all but, can we at least cover the basics like making sure everyone at least gets the food they were supposed to get…..
Horrible service, the first woman literally threw my change at me, the second one was nodding out. Like literally on something.... My food was so old it felt like RUBBER. The staff is rude and the food went in the garbage. Don't waste you money.

This is the WORST McDonald's in Mobile. The staff are so rude, & obviously hate their job. I saw one girl scratching her head in the drive through while making my drink. I asked for my money back & "Have a good day mmmeffer". I know it's McDonald's not Ruth's Chris, but have some decorum.

Waited so long in line that they actually stopped serving breakfast. Finally, ordered and still had to leave the line because of the wait. Save yourself some time and go to a real restaurant
Update; gave them one more chance on July 13, 24. They forgot fries in both kids meals and didn't give the apple juices either. How hard could that job be.
