Done online front counter pickup. Was never greeted. It took over 20 mins to get a mcdouble and a frappe. Customer service at this location is not very good

Plenty of employees, found that out after I sat in drive through for ten minutes with no one answering. Walked inside to order at kiosk and stand there for ten more minutes. Customers were completely ignored. I should have left after the drive through was non responsive.

Airport blvd nasty bathroom trash on floor stinks day do no respect customer drive trew look at you mean 😒😤 it can be four people in the car with several orders day your food in one bag you them to separate day still don't never have hot chocolate it's very sad even inside very rule when you get the food day asks you what you order sad 😢 imma start going to food be code are hard bread Wendy's

I do not know what it is about this location but every time I eat here the hamburger buns taste and look like they are one month old. The buns flake off and split while you are eating it and taste as stale as a water in a pond that hasn't seen rain in 6 weeks

Y’all should be ashamed of the quality of food y’all gave my family tonight. Burgers were obviously sat out and so dry they were disgusting and inedible. All of our drinks were completely flat. Didn’t get any sauces that we ordered and the fries were ice cold. Kids meal was missing food. All of that after waiting on food for 20 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous.
