I do not know what it is about this location but every time I eat here the hamburger buns taste and look like they are one month old. The buns flake off and split while you are eating it and taste as stale as a water in a pond that hasn't seen rain in 6 weeks

Y’all should be ashamed of the quality of food y’all gave my family tonight. Burgers were obviously sat out and so dry they were disgusting and inedible. All of our drinks were completely flat. Didn’t get any sauces that we ordered and the fries were ice cold. Kids meal was missing food. All of that after waiting on food for 20 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous.

Never could get my order taken for 1 drink. Waited 20 minutes at the counter as the only costumer, then gave up while they watched and ignored me.
The drive thru made me pull up 20 minutes for three frappes it's raining outside they bring me the frappes with a flat lid and a lil Dot of whipped cream I'm so pissed off and aggravated this is not what I paid for

Drive through took over half an hour. When I finally got my food they gave me a small fry instead of a medium and my McDouble was completely plain with nothing on it. Genuinely the worse McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had, would recommend going anywhere other than here.

This is long been one of my go-to McDonald's I drive out of my way to go to this one. Unfortunately it now is slowly sliding into the same pattern as the rest of them of course it is nowhere near as bad as the one in Semmes. The attitude the response time the shortness of the comments.. I guess they ran out of good employees and had to hire this crew 🫤. The pickup window was still friendly everything was correct and they were courteous when I asked if The ketchup was in the bag. Spent approximately $18. Food was hot The order was correct.
