It's McDonald's. The food is mediocre, the people hate their jobs, but it's cheap if you order off of the value menu. The better meals just aren't nearly worth the money, but... that's everything now days. Fast food is trash, a meal here shouldn't cost twelve dollars.

When I went in to this McDonald's I went to go use the restroom and one of the stalls was clogged up and the other one was being use so I sat there and wanted for the person to get done I had to wait for a good 10 minutes. When the person came out it was a employee.

The afternoon crew is horrible. Alot of younger ppl. There rude there always standing around. I sat in reserve 1 for 30 minutes for a fry. It really depends on who is working what kind of service * food your going to get

Got here at 11:49 PM on 01/07/2026. Both Google Maps and the McDonald’s app said this location closes at 12:00 AM.

I pulled up to the drive-thru speaker and got the normal automated message asking about the mobile app and saying someone would be with me in a moment. I waited for several minutes and no one ever responded.

I drove to the first window and no one was there. Then I went to the pickup window and could clearly see an employee inside wearing a headset and sitting on his phone. I waited again and was completely ignored.

After going back around and trying again, I was finally told the system was down. If that was actually the case, the drive-thru should have been blocked or the store marked closed. Running the automated message while ignoring customers during posted hours isn’t okay.

This location needs better communication and accurate hours.

The lady who was at the window taking payments with the shorter hair was insanely rude. She had a very unwelcoming and aggressive attitude. I asked if I could add extra barbecue to my order was she told me no as if it was a rare commodity. I then told her i had two orders and she turned to the lady on the headset putting in orders and snapped at her telling her to make sure she pressed multiple when taking two orders. She then proceeded to move and stand at the food window the entire time i was being passed what i ordered so i felt unwelcome to ask someone else for the bbq. I was taken aback i understand this is mcdonalds but i really dont care that attitude is embarrassing nonetheless.

If I could leave anything less I would, service is absolutely asinine to say the least, management is no help on fixing the orders, have given this store multiple chances to just somewhat improve yet every time without fail I end up more disgusted than before. Customer service is everything this stores is non existent! Plus you got staff to busy trying to talk over one another

Ordered and paid on the app before I got there, was told to they’d be right with me, sat for 5 minutes before another car pulled up in the other lane. They took her order while I was still sitting there. Had to pull off to take my children to school and called several times to see what had happened, but never got anyone on the phone.

I'm never coming here after work again I work at Lowe's and we close at 9:00 I'm just trying to get some quick to eat I'll pull around and she's talking fast as usual it's this big black lady that works there and she always tries to talk fast and messes up people's orders so I always order it through the app so she says we only taking card pull around I was like I have a mobile order I can just give you my code and keep going I'm not using card I've already paid she said we only take the card pull around to the front thank you why she wasn't trying to listen at all what I was saying so I left and went to the better one that's over here by South Alabama yeah I really need to change night time managers

it’s mcdonald’s so my expectations should not be high, however they didn’t receive my order the first time after doing it through the app. went inside, doors are LOCKED so you have to wait for someone to let you in. tried to get a refund but no one is working the register! had to order twice. half my meal is missing and no ice in my drink (wrong drink too) out of grinch salt. just give me the socks & regular meal then
