Got my burger right....fresh juicy hamburger meat is a must for me can't have a dried out burger 🤮...side note no one was inside but me ...6 people in the back I still stood at the front for a while, they watched me stand there🤷🏾‍♂️ a young lady finally came from the back to take my order...

Went through the drive through & ended up missing a couple cheeseburgers (they’re super short staffed & trying their best) but I thought I had the wrong order. Went back inside & the manager opened up everything & then remade the whole order bc she said “I kinda breathed on it a little bit so I’m gonna take care of that for you” She handled everything so well & had the food done super fast.

Rude staff! Went thru drive thru (spent almost 60 dollars)-asked for straws. Staff member stated I don’t know if they are in the bag or not. Then walked off… went inside when I didn’t have straws or sauce in bag. Acting manager was rude and said she put it in the bag! Worst customer service ever!!!!!

What is going on here? Last week, they forgot our fries. This weekend, they treated us rudely for using their app, handed us the wrong bag of food, made us wait 20 minutes, then forgot 2 happy meals, then forgot to give us our drinks. Not impressed at all.

We found hair on my daughter burger and we tried call the store numerous of times no answer also they pulled us up from the window for about 10 minutes. I’m thinking we gonna get high fries. They pull us up just to bring us out some cold fries. I also did the survey no response.

The customer service sucks. I went on 08/13/2024 around 9am the girl on drive through was horrible. I told them I was going to report it management wasn’t any help they didn’t even give me her name or a number to contact anyone. I finally drove around and saw the number on the building. I do not recommend this place. I will never go to this McDonald’s again. I’ll pass by and go to the one on old shell before I stop here.
