I tried to hange my order when I went to pay because my child asked for a fry and the manager came to the window angry and said “we don’t change orders at the window. You have to pay for your order.” I was polite and just asked for a medium fry also. It was crazy.

I specifically asked for a HOT cheeseburger even if I had to be pulled up for it, the meat was old as if it were 3 days old with no exaggeration! It getting late doesn't mean give ppl food that they know they wouldn't want to eat! No integrity! Have only eaten here maybe 3 times And don't plan on coming back for a VERY LONG TIME!!!!😠😠😠😠😠

This McDonald’s is the worst ever I how a chicken McDonald’s griddle add egg and cheese with a plan bagel with aside of the breakfast sauce. When I asked for more sauce because I dip the bagel in it and I got told this all we can give but if I wanted it on the bagel and aside I would get more but because I want just aside of it this all I’m aloud to have so if u came to my job and I give u a half donut I’d be wrong smfh. Got my burger right....fresh juicy hamburger meat is a must for me can't have a dried out burger 🤮...side note no one was inside but me ...6 people in the back I still stood at the front for a while, they watched me stand there🤷🏾♂️ a young lady finally came from the back to take my order...

Went through the drive through & ended up missing a couple cheeseburgers (they’re super short staffed & trying their best) but I thought I had the wrong order. Went back inside & the manager opened up everything & then remade the whole order bc she said “I kinda breathed on it a little bit so I’m gonna take care of that for you” She handled everything so well & had the food done super fast.

Rude staff! Went thru drive thru (spent almost 60 dollars)-asked for straws. Staff member stated I don’t know if they are in the bag or not. Then walked off… went inside when I didn’t have straws or sauce in bag. Acting manager was rude and said she put it in the bag! Worst customer service ever!!!!!

What is going on here? Last week, they forgot our fries. This weekend, they treated us rudely for using their app, handed us the wrong bag of food, made us wait 20 minutes, then forgot 2 happy meals, then forgot to give us our drinks. Not impressed at all.
