Theirs is a manager there and her behaviors is completely unacceptable! I don’t know if yall read reviews or not but she absolutely needs to be fired! I don’t know her name but I was inside for 3 sausage biscuits when some students from leflore walked in not being disruptive or anything the door was unlocked she claimed the door was locked and she said and I quote “ yall gotta get out, everybody out”! I won’t accept being talked to like this, not only am I leaving this review I’ll be calling and complaining until this lady is removed, this is not her first time behaving like this it’s wrong and she is making black people look bad! Honestly it’s that bad like I said she has been rude before but I’m a Christian man I believe in forgiveness but she is gonna cause a serious problem one day if she hasn’t already sorry to have to leave this review but nobody deserved to be treated the way she treated us it was 7:25 maybe on October 24 2025!

And the most important thing wasn't just the delay, but also the racist act they displayed toward a man who couldn't speak English and used a translator to give his order. Two Black men (one of whom was serving) and another, apparently a customer, mocked him. I hope they can take better care of the staff they hire.

Absolute trash. Do yall even read your screens? Can't blame my dasher who was fast and listened to all my instructions and saw yup thats her order on the bag. Sent me a photo of instructions on the sealed bag, you managed to listen to other special instructions on the order and yet miss an entire burger ? Were you just lazy and decided to make two of the first burger you saw and call it a day? Yeah forget what the third person wanted, and being it's my order thats missing I just paid $20 and tipped some body to bring me food I didnt order or get. And everythings closed. Do better. This is a normal thing with yall. If i Could I choose ANY OTHER McDonald's I would. Guess ill only be getting this in person. Quit Wasting people's time.

I say this with up most respect if i could give this a zero star i would i went to McDonald's on St. Stephens rd today at 6:37pm 08/16/2025 and i got 2 big macs 1 large fries and a large frappe and idk what they was doing that got them soooo distracted that they mess. Up on not 1 but both my bigmacs. They have NO FLIPPEN MEAT i tried over 10x to call them and they never answered it kept ringing until it shut off im very disappointed in this MacDonald

The service was meh...employees are unprofessional openly talking on their phones in front of customers. Not really friendly. The food was not fresh. My large fry were half full, had NO salt on them at all, and they only had 3-4 drink options available. Does not have a welcoming enviroment. I'm honestly surprised the location is still operating. It's probably only open because it's the only fast food restaurant close by. Clearly the franchise owner does not care and neither do their employees. Shut it down, upgrade, and start over. Don't give less or be less just because of the location. It's sad do better.
