Ordered curbside waited for a while then I guess she was a manager I'm not sure but she walked out to me said can you pull to the third window because we are short staffed and don't have anyone to walk your food out here to you but yet she walked all the way out to my truck to tell me that but couldn't bring me my food like wth that made no sense stuff like that makes me find other McDonald's to go to and not bring my kids back there

Got a 2 burrito meal and a chicken biscuit and got home with a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle and a chicken biscuit mind you I was the ONLY PERSON IN THE DRIVE THROUGH go here if you don’t want to get the food you ordered

VERY rude service! Nobody in there wants to work they don’t even greet you. They talk to the customers like they are incompetent when they are the ones working fast food with NO DEGREE. Whole place needs to be shutdown . And every fry I get is cold . The sprite machine always taste like water and I have to wait 20 minutes just to get my food. Ridiculous.

That's how dedicated the crew is...!!! I waited for 10 minutes at the drive thru and no-one responded and i pulled up to talk with them, but everyone are eating around inside and using phones but no-one come to window and say what exactly going on...!!! Worst experience ever at a McDonalds...!!!

I feel compelled to leave a review. I don't understand the intention of all the McDonald's in Mobile, Alabama, to never have it working. The ice cream machine is always broken. On this occasion, this establishment doesn't have air conditioning when the temperature is almost 90°F. I mean, McDonald's, the truth is, if it weren't for the employees who need their income, they should close their operations... what a disappointing restaurant.
Of course the day I go the Frappe machine is out. Overall it was a good experience and definitely better than the 2 we have in Theodore

Took my order right away but got irritated when I asked for my order to be cooked to order and was rushed to finish order asked for a shake the machine was down paid for order and was told did not have any receipt paper so no receipt smart thinking when it came to the other lady asking if I could use my phone to take a picture of order comes to find out I was way over charged. Instead of moving forward I just refunded whole order and left. This situation took 15 minutes there was a car that was in front of me waiting longer. This is not one of the good Mc Donald’s

It was absolutely horrible I just had a procedure done it was starving so my friend stopped and got me a meal he told him he wanted the double cheeseburger meal it must have been a juniors there was nothing on it but a lot of ketchup to cover or try to cover the taste the burger and the cheese wasn't even on the bun it was slapped together you think people would take more pride in their work never go to the McDonald's on spring Hill
