I really hope this location can get some help and soon. I’ve been “trying” to come here since we moved but almost every single time there’s no one at the window and occasionally someone will say hold please and ask for my order 10+ minutes later. Either shut this place down or get some help bc this is outrageous.

Everytime I pass it’s a line wrapped around the building. I finally decided to stop since no one was in line. The staff handing me my food was EXTREMELY RUDE and looked annoyed. My sprite was extremely flat and my coffee was watered down. Imy experience was horrible and I do not recommend. Very ghetto.

Ignored everyone, Rude & slow. Audible said forget about them they fine, when other employee pointed out we had been waiting in the lobby a long time. Clearly under staffed & rude as a result.

Came here for Crocs Kids Meal. Granddaughter is collecting the Croc kids toy w/ meal. I clearly checked CROCS, but once I got home and gave meal to child... it was substituted with 1-3yr old plush toy. Needless to say she was very upset. I went with curbside pickup and waited for 28 min (they were not that busy to warrant the wait) before going thru drive thru to get food. I also ordered "crispy" chicken sandwich w/ lettuce & tomato. The sandwich was not crispy, I had about 6 strands of lettuce and an end piece of tomato! This McDonald's is always a hit or miss.. never consistent, which is one of the reasons I rarely stop.

They night shift is horrible they don’t take orders they make u wait till they almost close time
I went here for lunch and dined in for the first time. I give 3 stars because of the speediness of the service. My food was slightly warm and was okay. Overall a nice family atmosphere during lunch.

I came just to get the Mickey D,s delicious coffee. I asked for a lrg coffee with a shot of expresso with 4 creams and 4 sugars on the inside.when I get to the windows the young lady hand me a bag of sugar and cream and tell me I have to put it in myself because their machine is broken, so okay no problem, I open the cup it looked so nasty. There was something floating all inside the cup.there is no way the person that poured this could have missed seeing this, I had to get out of my truck and go in.the young lady at the register said it was coffee grounds.it looked like a dirty coffee pots residue. Owners please teach these people how to also be clean.when I got the new cup it tasted horrible. I'm done with Mickey D,s

I got some disturbing information about the workers I think they should be fired I don’t think they should be able to get another job. I am very disgusted and disappointed. Very unsanitary and the mangers should also be disbarred.
