The service could be improved. I stood at the front counter waiting to be greeted and place an order. Although the cashier was there fulfilling orders from the back, she did not acknowledge my presence. She placed orders on the counter, called the order out, then returned to the kitchen area. I eventually ordered at a kiosk but since I was paying cash, I still needed the cashier. When she came back to the front counter, I told her I needed to pay for my order. The interaction was not bad, but the overall service is.

First, we had to wait almost 30 minutes for our food, even though there was only about 4 people in the restaurant. Then, when we finally got it the food was cold. We had to go get our food reheated twice because both times it was cold in the middle. The customer service was horrible; they were rude and unhelpful. We added specialized things to our food and didn't receive the extras we paid for. Though having multiple drinks, we did not receive a cup holder. Most of the girls were just in the back playing on their phones. McDonald's, get your act together, and be as professional as you so clearly want to appear to be.

If I could give this place a negative star I would, I work in the mall so this McDonald's is the closest I can walk. It take 20+ mins to get food, always aline inside and some of the workers are always on break. Three people back there that's refuse to help customers up front. It needs better management and better staff.

They don’t even keep the correct times for breakfast told us after we placed our order and came all the way to get it they weeenr going to serve us breakfast placed the order at 1027 am if you don’t want to work don’t come in

This is the best McDonald's food wise I have been to, and probably the one I will continue going to. Everyone was nice, food was very fresh and fries were crispy!!

As someone who has worked in customer service for almost a majority of her life I can CONFIDENTLY say the women here are absolutely HORRIBLE it’s October 18th a young woman takes our order over the speaker had to repeat 4 times and still got it incorrect and when I politely told her that it was wrong she snarled her face at me and made a little noise to show how INCONVENIENT it is to her to be corrected? After paying and waiting 10 minutes for my one drink got pulled up to the curve and another 40 minutes?? As I watch people pass me I’m confused as to why it’s taking so long? Just to notice they were telling people they were closed 30 minutes early ? The woman who gave us the food was kind enough with a beautiful smile, but rest assured will NOT be coming back. PS * The food was old and hard as a rock thanks for reassuring us it’s “fresh”

I went through the drive thru and the cashier was literally squishing maggots inside & outside of the window, with a disgusted look on her face. To say I am disgusted is an understatement. I am absolutely appalled. This place should be shut down

The place it self was disgusting the bathroom was awful and the toilet was overflowing in the mens it was dirty it self and the tables had bugs like flys and ants(live ones) no self serve drinks very understaffed unknown liquids on the table this place is disgusting and the seat have crumbs and whatever else was on those seats

Specifically asked for a fresh fish sandwich in the drive thru. Got to the window to get my food and it was not fresh and the bread was hard. I returned it, they took it and I asked for a fresh one, they pulled me up to the 3rd window. After 10 minutes I got out and went to see what was taking so long. They haven’t even started on it. I was pissed asked for a refund and left. They should be ashamed of themselves. The lady at the counter was nice but the others seemed to have an attitude. This day in times they should be grateful to have a job!
