just had an interaction with michelle, first time encountering her, i come here all the time and the regular manager is always nice when i see her but not michelle she had the audacity to tell me my order wasn’t cold when i gave it back to her, not professional at all and popped a attitude after i said what i said she then mocked me and said “i know it wasn’t cold” and barely even igknowledged me during the drive through interaction, poor service from her, fire her!

This McDonald’s was very clean and kind. Although they had some delay with the counter they went above and beyond to correct and compensate any mistakes without hesitation or fuss. They were very polite and had excellent customer service with fresh hot food.

This location is usually reliable. I go here for breakfast on my work commute sometimes. And their lunch / dinner shifts are just a reliable. Fries and food usually correct and fresh.

This store is terrible. I was in the drive thru but backed up and went inside because they took way too long to get my order.Young people with no professionalism. Noone working the register, a lot of loud inappropriate language. I will not be back here again

We ordered nuggets with sauce. They forgot the sauce. I went to the counter and asked for the sauce. The girl immediately had an awful attitude. She told me that's 50 cents. I said it came with the meal. She walked in back and asked if they had included the sauce. They said yes so she wouldn't give me the sauce. I asked her to come to the table and see we didn't have sauce and wouldn't lie over 50 cents. She ignored me so I asked somebody else for the sauce who wasn't willing to fight about it. This isn't about the 50 cents, but about the way we were treated.

The service last night between 830pm and 900pm on 12/07/24 is horrible I waited in line for a happy meal just to pay for 15minutes, I was not acknowledged when handing back my card she just put her arm thru the drive thru window and continued her conversation with the other employee. 2 car were ahead of me, I realized I have been waiting another 15 minutes for at least the line to move, I jumped out my car to see why was this taking such a long time, there was no customers on the inside, one man was sitting in the back and one lady standing at the counter, the employees were just standing around having conversations. I showed her my receipt and asked can I have my order, the manager says I was just getting your order ready, I replied and said, you have 2 other cars, waiting that was in front of me, and an entire line at the drive thru window. I didn’t understand what the problem was there was no customer service, no I’m sorry that it’s taking so long, but for your inconvenience here is etc, I was not looking for compensation I wanted my order in a timely manner, as a paying customer that’s what i deserved. I am a supervisor of a department and i expect all my employees to give excellent customer service, if not you can turn in your badges, last night will be my last night or day, visiting that McDonald’s i am a very dissatisfied customer. When you know better you do better.

This McDonald's is a joke. They take forever. I sat at drive thru for 5 minutes and nobody came on the speaker. Went inside and did the order myself on a kiosk and then still waited 20 min for a caramel frappe and 2 chicken mcgriddles... save yourself the headache of this location
