Okay I did not go in but I've not seen a drive-thru look better than most floral gardens.

It was a good service. But there is a huge banner on the menu showing a food item and the server was rude to me and told me they dont carry that. If you dont carry something, please stop advertising it.

I'm not sure if they're understaffed incompetent or more likely both at this location... But it doesn't take 20 minutes to get a burger and fries through the drive-thru and on top of that it's really not that hard to get the orders correct. And when you do get it incorrect you don't act like it's the customer's fault. But yeah let's pay fast food workers 15 bucks an hour 🙄🙄🙄🙄 You will get faster food at a sit-down restaurant and it'll come without the attitude 🤷🏼♀️.

This McDonald's is very slow. Just getting a hot Mocha. Still had to wait in the drive through almost 30 minutes.

I ordered curbside when I was going down I-10 about 15 minutes from turning onto 65. When we got to the restaurant we waited another 15 minutes before I walked in. I waited another 10 minutes before a worker placed a tray down on the counter and walked away. I checked the receipt and it was my order so I took it to my family and brought the tray back. Horrible service all around.

just had an interaction with michelle, first time encountering her, i come here all the time and the regular manager is always nice when i see her but not michelle she had the audacity to tell me my order wasn’t cold when i gave it back to her, not professional at all and popped a attitude after i said what i said she then mocked me and said “i know it wasn’t cold” and barely even igknowledged me during the drive through interaction, poor service from her, fire her!

This McDonald’s was very clean and kind. Although they had some delay with the counter they went above and beyond to correct and compensate any mistakes without hesitation or fuss. They were very polite and had excellent customer service with fresh hot food.

This location is usually reliable. I go here for breakfast on my work commute sometimes. And their lunch / dinner shifts are just a reliable. Fries and food usually correct and fresh.
This store is terrible. I was in the drive thru but backed up and went inside because they took way too long to get my order.Young people with no professionalism. Noone working the register, a lot of loud inappropriate language. I will not be back here again

We ordered nuggets with sauce. They forgot the sauce. I went to the counter and asked for the sauce. The girl immediately had an awful attitude. She told me that's 50 cents. I said it came with the meal. She walked in back and asked if they had included the sauce. They said yes so she wouldn't give me the sauce. I asked her to come to the table and see we didn't have sauce and wouldn't lie over 50 cents. She ignored me so I asked somebody else for the sauce who wasn't willing to fight about it. This isn't about the 50 cents, but about the way we were treated.
