Terrible ..... Do not recommend them . I went twice in one week . The first time they told me they were only doing door dash orders and the second time they took my order but never came to the window for the money or to give me my food . I sat there 25 minutes...

The person that is in the back drive taking orders right now needs more training because the first line been sitting there cars pulled up in the second line she took three or four of their orders ignoring the first line they need to remove her out the back and give her more training or let her go and give someone with common sense the dango drive through

came to this McDonalds right before closing and was worried about the staff being upset, but instead we were met with the warmest, most kind people I’ve ever met working at any McDonalds location. Aalycia and Kecia were so personable and had the biggest smiles even though they closed in 2 minutes, and got us out of there with smiles on ours. I plan to go out of my way to come to this locations specifically just because of them.

Food is hot, service is not. This chain seriously needs to train their staff on customer service. It’s obvious the employees aren’t happy, and it reflects in the way customers are treated.

Couldn't get a receipt because cash register was out of paper. Hamburger was cold, wouldn't even melt the cheese. Worse visit I've had at this location.

I know it's McDonald's but I did not order cold food. None of the workers even acted like they wanted me in there. Now that McDonald's costs as much as a nicer restaurant should they at least say welcome to McDonald's?

I pulled in around noon and asked for two McDoubles with no bun and no ketchup as I’m on keto and just needed a quick lunch while running a work errand. They weren’t busy at the time but it took 15 minutes to get what turned out to be four meat patties with no cheese, no mustard, and no pickles. I don’t know how that’s so difficult to figure out. No bun, no ketchup…. If I wanted meat only I would have said that. The guy working the drive thru was sweet and attentive and apologetic but the girl taking the order had no idea what she’s doing.

Rarely ever do I stop at this McDonald's. However, I decided to do so this morning. And I am so glad I did! The workers there turned my whole morning around and brightened my mood. They were so nice and polite. Fast, friendly service. Food was exactly as ordered. Pleasant experience ☺️
