I pulled in around noon and asked for two McDoubles with no bun and no ketchup as I’m on keto and just needed a quick lunch while running a work errand. They weren’t busy at the time but it took 15 minutes to get what turned out to be four meat patties with no cheese, no mustard, and no pickles. I don’t know how that’s so difficult to figure out. No bun, no ketchup…. If I wanted meat only I would have said that. The guy working the drive thru was sweet and attentive and apologetic but the girl taking the order had no idea what she’s doing.

Rarely ever do I stop at this McDonald's. However, I decided to do so this morning. And I am so glad I did! The workers there turned my whole morning around and brightened my mood. They were so nice and polite. Fast, friendly service. Food was exactly as ordered. Pleasant experience ☺️

Simply, do not know where to start. Respect is gained not given. Don't yell,scream, act like a child, than be offended cause you were heard from the other end of restaurant. Childish behavior from management is pathetic. Mind you, I have recordings. Partially saving face, I'll not post. Ignored 2 elderly regulars, they walked out. On top of 1 more customer. Next time I'll go here to get breakfast and drama. Live entertainment is more fun than Maury with a cup of joe. Overall a few employees kept it professional. But for the love of Big Macs, don't say I'm a man, than proceed in childish ways.

We went around 11 just to grab a quick snack before jumping on I65 N. The girl at the drive thru window seemed rather clueless like it was her first day. She said to pull up to wait for our order, 5min later she says to pull around to the numbered spaces. 2 cars behind me got their orders almost immediately. All we ordered was a $5 meal-Mcdouble, nuggets, fries, drink. We ended up waiting 20min while other cars came and went and they offered no reason why. We wont be back.

The server was very short and acted like I was there to ruin her life by ordering the most disgusting Chicken Big Mac 🤢 I couldn't even pick it up because the bottom bun was completely submerged in about a half inch deep mayou and wtfe lettuce and some other gross stuff. My dog acted like I was trying to poison him when I offered him the *chicken?* from it. My fault really because I don't recall ever having felt like I'd had a treat when I ate something from McDonald's but honestly this was in the Top 10 list of the grossest foods I've been served. 🤮🤮🤮
