DEFINITELY THE WORST MCDONALDS IVE BEEN AT!!!!! the managers are rude, they let the high school students cause a ruckus, itll take you a million years for a simple meal and worst of all THAT MEAL WONT EVEN BE CORRECT. i came in there early this morning and ordered a steak egg and cheese mcmuffin (i highly recommend by the way) with a hash brown and frappe with a sausage mcgriddle. i already had to wait about 20 sum minutes even though i ordered online prior, i didnt mind though since i also work in fast food and understand. but they gave me a sausage mcmuffin instead of what i ordered and then charged me for a steak knowing danm well that wasn’t what i ordered. people mess up i get that but they didn’t even let me get a refund…this is the 2nd time theyve ruined my breakfast, it sucks that its the most convenient place around honestly.

This was by far the nastiest McDonald's I've been to here in Mobile Alabama , we once again waiting for 20 minutes for fast food , bathroom and no toilet paper had newspaper everywhere, has customers taking their shoes off , food was cold , slurpee machine wasn't working , the people there could care less about working there , or the costumers they take, and it says right there on the sign will , bring your food to you, and I had to get up and go get it , if you are going to offer to bring it to me then bring it to me
