I used the McDonald's App to place our order at the Azalea Rd location. Obviously no one there can read orders the last 3 times were wrong! Now I realize that school schoolars don't work there but why do they throw your food in the box and make it look like it was scoped off the floor? Just put the bacon on the sandwich. I paid extra for it. I have been robbed of my bacon. Where did it go? The staff must be totally communications challenged. I say please and thank you and I get a grunt at best. THE STAFF THERE DO NOT WEAR HAIR NETS OR GLOVES Also the female manager has a chip on her shoulder and is very confrontational. I call the owners and McDonald's headquarters and they do not give 2 craps about how your food or their employees treat you as a paying customer. Culver's has better food and more appreciative employees of your choice in choosing them to dine with. This McDonald's at Azalea Rd or any of the McFarland Family owned in Mobile will not get another red cent of my money. MOBILE COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO MAKE A SURPRISE VISIT. Awesome for breakfast! Worst place to go for anything else though. For example, their sweet tea literally tastes like syrup. They put way too much sugar in it and when you ask for extra ice & half-unsweet, the employees never listen. I've had it happen over 10 times... being given a lukewarm cup of tea that's basically syrup with melted ice 🤮 So disgusting.

Went to place an order there was a couple in front of me that ordered then the lady taking orders disappears. The other lady works the window sees people waiting in line not once does she acknowledge us until I said something to her ,Did she say oh you gotta use the kiosk Ridiculous you people can’t even do your jobs

I can say that although McDonalds isn't our top fave places these days. This location specifically almost always guarantees hot and fresh food. Every. Single. Time. No lies. Especially the fries.

This is the worst location I've ever been to. The night manager was entirely rude to both staff and customers. Whomever was at the drive thru window handed us the wrong drink. Unfortunately I had to check first so of course I couldn't just give it back when I found out it was a diet coke instead of a Dr. Pepper.
I then heard her tell the staff member to not give us the right drink because we already had one. Ma'am, it's not our fault we were handed the wrong drink. Thankfully the staff member did not comply and gave us both of our drinks.
Needless to say we aren't going back to this location again and I would advise the same if the rest of their management is like her.
