The "manager" there is rude and messy af.. you job is to literally serve people why are you getting mad someone is coming in for there order shouting LOUDLY at 10:00 that you don't care if a customer is waiting... I was in the route to a funeral and I didn't expect to be treated that badly while picking up breakfast.

Their kiosks that you can walk up and make your order on never has receipt paper but only when the bigwigs are visiting. The cleanliness is another subject.

Let me start off this review by shouting out Jwanza! She runs her crew like the Navy and is the best to her customers. Though I had a bit of a wait for my coffee she made sure it was made just right and that I knew I wasn't forgotten about.
The food is always good here, but I mostly just stop by to get coffee before work. The coffee is usually pretty fresh and for the iced coffee it's even better. The atmosphere is like any generic McDonald's, but it was fairly clean which was nice.
All in all, besides the longish wait (which was made up for by Jawanza's kindness), I would always reccomend this McDonald's for a quick bite in Mobile!

Why do you have milk shakes displayed everywhere in the restaurant and even on the menu I ordered a milk shake at the self ordering kiosk and I was told that the machine is down and it is never fixed this is bad business and bad promotion do better McDonald’s it’s hot out here fr at least put up a sign saying it doesn’t work
