I asked for scrambled eggs and onions on my bagel.
What's the point of ringing my order up properly when whoever made it decided to do whatever they wanted to do.

Charging 85 cents for an extra syrup is insane especially because if you order on the app it doesn’t charge you. After spending $30 on our order, a free syrup would’ve been nice. That’s crazy !

If I could give zero stars I would. For the past 4 times my husband has come to this place in the past two weeks it has taken us over 30 minutes to get our food and the food was awful. This past time he went last night and he had to go thru the drive thru TWICE just to get someone to take my order. Nobody was paying attention and he sat there for 15 minutes til someone finally got my order then when he finally order it took almost 30 minutes to get my food when he was the only person in the drive thru and the worst part was everything was cold. Our fries were cold, my sandwich was cold and my bun was hard and stale and the people get an attitude because they have to actually work. There's one or two lady's that work there that are great other than that the rest of them literally act like your inconveniencing them. If you don't want to be there, get another job! It sucks spending $30 on a bunch of food that is cold and stale. Never coming here again.
This is the worst McDonald's in Mobile. Our food was given to the wrong car. Instead of being transparent about it, they tried to rush our order, got our remade drinks wrong after asking what they were four times. Gave out the wrong burger, and then admitted they gave us the wrong burger when I went back inside as they didn't give me my chicken big mac.
