If I could give zero stars I would. For the past 4 times my husband has come to this place in the past two weeks it has taken us over 30 minutes to get our food and the food was awful. This past time he went last night and he had to go thru the drive thru TWICE just to get someone to take my order. Nobody was paying attention and he sat there for 15 minutes til someone finally got my order then when he finally order it took almost 30 minutes to get my food when he was the only person in the drive thru and the worst part was everything was cold. Our fries were cold, my sandwich was cold and my bun was hard and stale and the people get an attitude because they have to actually work. There's one or two lady's that work there that are great other than that the rest of them literally act like your inconveniencing them. If you don't want to be there, get another job! It sucks spending $30 on a bunch of food that is cold and stale. Never coming here again.

This is the worst McDonald's in Mobile. Our food was given to the wrong car. Instead of being transparent about it, they tried to rush our order, got our remade drinks wrong after asking what they were four times. Gave out the wrong burger, and then admitted they gave us the wrong burger when I went back inside as they didn't give me my chicken big mac.

My bread was hard on my chicken sandwich. My fries were room temp and hard too. Save yourself the dissatisfaction. Sat in curbside pick up for fries and a chicken sandwich for 20 minutes. I eventually had to get in the drive through line and wait some more just to get my food.
Actual fast food but delicious, fresh and hot. I had to pull forward for you only about 1 Minute or two, thank goodness. This location is doing great. The employees were also very polite. Not many locations have great food and service so I hope this one keeps it up

Zero stars if it was a choice. This is the worse mcdonald's ever! Every single time something is wrong. I live a mile from this place and would travel all the way to old shell rd mcdonalds which is the best. I've been coming here for years and it's always been this way. First time I decided to ever review because Im at my breaking point. I just wanted to enjoy my food at home after traveling for a week, but still ended up bringing it back up here to get it right. I don't know why my husband decided to stop at this location instead of old shell rd anyway. We don't ever complain, but this is ridiculous service EVERY SINGLE TIME though? Something is certainly wrong. It's harder with having to remake food over instead of just getting it right the first time. I don't mind waiting for good service. I rather fresh than old food. But who cares about it? It's just a review and it'll probably be deleted.
