got the pulled pork sandwich. meat had ZERO flavor and was as dry as boomer humor. the seasoning sauce was water scared with garlic powder. potato salad was disrespectfully disgusting. banana pudding was watery and the bananas were black. green beans were dumped from a can and had less seasoning than printer paper. Mac and cheese was essentially just pasta in a cheese water sauce and the atrocity of what they dare to call sweet tea was an insult to all southerners. get a better staff too. they carried a conversation and it was quite clear they wanted to keep talking when I was approaching. the lady at the pickup register talked over me and was obviously annoyed to be at work.

The oil in the deep fryer needs to be changed more often than it is. My fries were covered in black bits of old scrap from the old oil, and tasted like old oil. On top of that, they were overcooked. The chicken was dried out, and tasted as though it was smoked too long. The green beans are straight from a can with no seasoning, and other reviews will state the same thing. I got a to go order and had to return to get the fries and the rest of my sandwich toppings I had asked for initially. Overall bad experience, and I threw out most of my plate.

The food here is worth the trip. We got brisket and ribs with a side of mac and cheese and fries. The ribs were amazing. Excellent smoke flavor, perfectly cooked, very juicy. Brisket was also delicious and incredibly moist. Sweet tea tasted like it was freshly brewed. We stopped at three BBQ spots in Alabama on pur trip and this was the best.
