First time to this specific Mellow Mushroom and probably the last. The staff were pleasant and seem happy to be assisting us; service was good; no complain here. This one doesn't look the same as others. I didn't like the look, the setup, etc. The silverware were the cheapest quality I ever had at any restaurant. The metal was so thin I was afraid I would cut myself or even bend the metal just holding a folk while eating. To make my experience worse, there were out of some ingredients for our pizza (which they explained when we ordered); but running out of a key ingredient on a Saturday is probably a sign of poor management. I understand that sometimes your suppliers may fail you, but there should be a plan B (the nearest grocery store?). But please, improve the quality of your silverware. Are they being stolen so frequently???

Took almost 30 minutes for pretzel bites that had parmesan instead of butter and salt and a small pizza that tasted good but when I tried to pick up a slice all the toppings slid off

We always enjoy stopping here. They have good happy hour specials and Haley is always one the point when she’s our server. Thanks for all the hardwork yall!
