We booked this last minute and checked in very late. Great service and location. Plenty of room in the hallways and, two elevators for a 3 story building, made it a no-hassle stay. Breakfast was plentiful and the staff was wonderful.Parking: Plenty of parking and there are security door all around, so any parking is good.

Staff was super nice. Room was comfortable & standard. Our bathroom door didn't latch shut or lock. Breakfast was jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches (microwave them yourself), but they were surprisingly good. There were also pancakes and cereal/fruit/yogurt etc. Would stay here again!

Wonderful clean rooms. I was in room 217. The beds were more comfortable than the Marriott. The staff was very accommodating and showed me the rooms before I booked. I loved the light clean fragrance in the rooms and the upscale free shampoo and conditioner, portico. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star instead of a 4 is because I didn't have options other than an apple because I cannot eat gluten. The plates were styrofoam and the breakfast sandwiches are microwaveable. You should never microwave or put hot food into styrofoam. I would have given it a 5 star if they had the traditional scrambled eggs, bacon sausage and waffles etc.Either way, I would stay here again.

3 Nights,July 16-18-2021Our room 225 window view was horrible. The window seal was compromised by water damage. The window is very cloudy. The sheetrock above the window is peeling and stained. The drain pipe in the wall makes an annoying tapping sound through out the night. The bathtub had no drain plug. The shower prefab wall is pulling away and requires recaulking. Torn bath towels should be discarded.

Having to go to Mobile for my Uncles funeral I chose this hotel because of the rating for cleanliness. The hotel was a little (lot) pricey and the front desk gave me problems about using my husband's credit card so I had to pay cash. The rPom looked good at first glance even though my sister across the hall found a dirty tshirt thrown across the bar in her closet. As the visit went on we discovered what looked like a large bloody spot on the carpet by the bed, a molded shower curtain, the container holding the coffee and condiments was molded and the hair dryer was not attached to the wall so we had to hold the base or try to keep it on the counter while we dried our hair. We were only there long enough to shower and sleep because we were there to comfort our grieving family but with what we were charged we should've had a clean room.the only positive thing about this room is that the beds are very comfortable.

It had very nice beds and it was clean for the most part. The shower had a bit of rust on the walls but other than that the shower was nice. The bad part is that the shampoo and conditioner were used and that’s all we had. I didn’t eat the breakfast so I don’t know haw it was. I would stay again only if next time the changes the shampoo and conditioner it sometimes makes me worry and think did they even clean my room?!
