Had a fabulous experience December 2023. We did the park and ride for our 🚢 cruise. 💙 we had a fog delay and the hotel was very accommodating.

We had my husband Christmas Party there this year and last year ! Room and atmosphere was amazing . Only few issues one they should have not put the hot food out until 10-15 min before we ate . It sat under the lamps for an hour and the bread was so hard you couldn’t it (sliders ) We had an open bar and waited hour half to get a coke the bartender had ran out and asked her Beverage Manager to go get her some he told her they was out ! I said to him you mean to tell me in this whole hotel you don’t have coke he said he would have to walk to get it and if that’s the least thing that happens he was okay with that ! I told him it wasn’t okay he needed to please go get it that’s not how he should look at things 💯 guest satisfaction.. He then said he would go get some for the bar came back with 2 cases … besides the Manager unwillingness to do his job everyone else was wonderful and I would recommend this hotel for your Christmas party !

Went to the show to celebrate our 32nd Anniversary. I have 0 complaints on the show, it was hilarious. We literally had the best time and they also gifted us with a bottle of wine and acknowledged us to celebrate our occasion. The downsides were, the food definitely didn't match the menu at booking( totally different and disappointing) and we were promised pics with the cast which was "included in our price" and which was supposed to be posted on Facebook. Pics from the show were posted ( 3 days later) but ours were not included. Just a bunch of duplicates of other people. I contacted via Facebook Message and I also left a Facebook comment about our missing pic with no reply. Very Disappointed!( Edit: 2 weeks later and still never saw a pic)

Was really looking forward to an awesome 22nd Wedding Anniversary experience, it was ok. We waited forever for the program to start, the food was nothing to brag about, the mystery was good though. Pictures haven't been posted on Facebook for the 22nd just double for the 21st, they've been promising to post them for weeks now. I was really looking forward to the pictures for our anniversary scrapbook.

I have enjoyed attending several of this group's plays. I guarantee you will enjoy many laughs at any performance you choose. Food is always tasty and FREE wine all night long will definitely make you smile.

We had a blast!! Can't wait till next month.
