First time and last time going. They have a lot of stuff to put on the pizza but it was burnt on the bottom of the pizza. Also no Alfredo sauce and the white I couldn't even taste it. The crust was super thin. All the soft drinks didn't have enough syrup in them. I got a gluten free, olive oil base, mozzarella cheese, artichokes, red onions, black olives, chicken, mushrooms, green peppers, and a little cheddar cheese. The sweet tea was empty so I got a Sprite which I haven't had one in 6 months. The tea was refilled before we left but it was MILOS tea in a jug. The flavored lemonades were potent. I am taking my leftovers home.

I’m here now. Actually have been for a very long time. I shouldn’t left long ago, but I’m committed to seeing this through now. One of the strangest food experiences I’ve had. We have eaten here many times before, but I’ll admit it’s been a while. The entire staff is incredibly high at the moment. Placing the order was a full on, very long adventure. The pizza actually looks pretty good. Just come patient.

Building smells like sewage now, used to be our favorite pizza place in mobile and came once a week, but the last few visits have been AWFUL miss the old staff.

The pinepapple smells the pizza smelled like vomitting on it tried contacting the restaurant nobody replied. Mod is no more a best place in mobile. Spoiler olives pineapple.

Took over 45 minutes I got there when I was told to by my online order one was still being made the other they couldn’t find the order Worst customer service I have ever seen in a restaurant
Mod Pizza is our Go To pizza place across the country as we have traveled full time over the last 7 years. We drive over an hour to get to this one. However with recent staff and menu changes I can say we will no longer make the effort for this location. The last two visits the pizza was burned. The staff moves so slowly it clearly sends the message they don’t want to be here. But this time the staff made us wait over 5 minutes while they tried to figure out how to scan a customers QR code for rewards. I finally showed him how to load the points from his receipt. Then when we ordered they moved like molasses. A new person joined and rather than help with our pizzas they took a different person around us and help came to finish that order rather than ours first. At the register they sold me cups for tea but did not tell me tea was broken. We reluctantly switched to soda only to discover the machine was broken and only dispensing syrup. I let them know it was broken and was told “still?” They continued to sell drinks without warning customers. After a few complaints they started giving bottled soda but never offered it to us. I allow for a lot but the lack of care or service leaves me deciding not to return. The previous staff was excellent and the place was running perfectly. No one seems in charge now.
