We went today and we were told it’s for only ONE kids pizza after they rang it up and charged us. They told us there is “fine print” on the deal (nowhere that I can see and not the case at other locations) and it’s buy one regular and get one kids pizza. They charged us for two kids pizzas and when we pointed it out, they argued with us about it (we can do basic math)! They then gave us a credit to come again later. It’s a nightmare and the service wasn’t great, despite us trying to kindly ask for help understanding it.

We arrived about 15 minutes before closing time, which was 9 p.m., but were informed that they could not serve us because our order would not be ready before then. They insisted on closing everything at exactly 9 p.m. Even though we wanted to order takeout, they did not even offer that option and rudely kicked us out.

Before I say anything let me clarify: I literally work next door at cava… and not to be a rude customer or whatever but good lord customer service is so not as hard as the employees make it seem here. They are so passive aggressive. Even when I’m exhausted I can still muster a smile for people coming in to order. Cava is the same line style build your own type restaurant so I understand how it works but their process is far too complicated and not quick enough for the amount of business they get. Way too slow. You stand there for 10 mins watching them slowly make other pizzas (online orders that should not be done on the same line as in person orders) or the people in front of you and it’s also taking them years to complete theirs. They need to fix that first and then work on employee morale. There’s this one girl that’s been there every time I’ve gone and she just always seems to be rude to her coworkers. Also a very loud and obnoxious and rude taller man one time. Either way they need to do some serious recouping on customer service and their process of making the food. That’s all. They are lucky the pizzas are usually good (when they don’t burn the crust) and I hope the employees see this ;) -your neighbor at cava that doesn’t like you guys <3

Get the "Build your own MOD" pizza. Best bang for the buck, without a doubt. Don't forget the minced garlic! Amazing!

Menu was a bit confusing but the associate was quick to answer all my questions. Would have loved a piece of pizza but the least you can get is 4. So, I got a Greek salad. It was awesome.

My experience ordering a pizza from here is disappointing! This place is 7 mins from where I am the pizza arrived COLD, STALE AND it taste like a piece of cardboard … toppings I picked 5, they put only one piece per slice . If you are going to have an option for toppings without charging then don’t be stingy with them, I rather u charge me and I get to enjoy a good pizza than this disappointment of “pizza”. It’s a no for me.

I expected to pay extra for toppings but I didn't it was so cool to have whatever wanted without the price going up u only pay for the dough and the size.on top of I all it was so fast.
