Horrible experience with very small serving size. Almost $20 for less than a chicken breast worth of protein and half the toppings being out. When I requested a refund I was told only the DISTRICT MANAGER could approve. Glad a Chipotle is on the way.

The food is disgusting, the chicken was old the rice was old and hard and the drink station was nasty and dirty. Crew members not so friendly either. I will never ever eat here again.

So we got to the restaurant at 10:28am. The door was opened. As we went in we were told they didn’t open until 10:30. I got steak tacos and the meat was very tough. As my drink I got or wanted sweet tea but apparently they forgot to sweeten it so I told him and he didn’t responded by saying they were both unsweetened. So I had to ask him if he would sweeten it. After 10 mins and me standing at the register he finally did. He poured the sugar in it and didn’t even stir it up. So I had sugar water with my lunch. Also never once the 30 minutes we were there did any employee welcome a customer. (Welcome to Moes) I don’t think I’ll be going back I’m sorry
I purchased a steak Homewrecker burrito on 4/25/25 at this location. The young man making my sandwich I requested that I wanted the steak that was freshly cut up he reached back and only put six pieces of steak on my steak Homewrecker burrito and I didn't realize it until I got home and cut into my sandwich. I brought it back and requested they remake it, or give me my money back! They refused to remake it or refund my money! I will never do business with them again! What a disappointment!!

Just ordered a burrito charged me for queso didn't even put it in my burrito the most miniscule amount of portions the burrito was smaller than my hand. Disappointed isn't even the word for it after spending over 30 dollars on 2 burritos no drinks or anything 😂 and that worker was absolutely not interested in being there 🫣
