Went in on a Wednesday and they had a decent selection. I imagine Friday will have the biggest selection. However, we were able to walk out with 2 sets of ribeye steaks and some ground sirloin for burgers, a great sauce for some salmon, and fudge. All cooked up great, good quality beef. As expected at any retail butcher, they were pretty expensive, but we found them worth it. We will be returning when we pass through the area.

Great staff! They know their stuff. Huge selection with just about every sauce/rub/marinade possible. I went because my boss gave me a gift card but I have already been back twice. One of the employees convinced me to try bone marrow (after I'd asked a question about it), and I'm freaking hooked! I was licking the bone clean like a dang caveman! I will say that meat costs more there. But you pay for quality. Just like everything else.

Good wine choice and lots of sauces/seasonings as well.But, the best part is the folks working there themselves. Always happy to help, they start to remember you if you go semi regularly, and they'll always answer any questions you have with a smile.

I ordered our Thanksgiving dinner from Mosley’s. The dressing was horrible. I followed the instructions and cooked it twice as long as it said and it was like soup in the middle. I called this morning to tell them what had happened and the manager told me hers came out just fine. She asked me if I thawed it out before cooking and I did. She didn’t offer to make it right in any way and made me feel like I was at fault or didn’t do something right. I was more disappointed in the customer service than I was in the dressing.
