Great staff! They know their stuff. Huge selection with just about every sauce/rub/marinade possible. I went because my boss gave me a gift card but I have already been back twice. One of the employees convinced me to try bone marrow (after I'd asked a question about it), and I'm freaking hooked! I was licking the bone clean like a dang caveman! I will say that meat costs more there. But you pay for quality. Just like everything else.

Awesome LOCAL business. I don’t just support them because they are local. They earned my business by having great service , great meat, great selection. They also offer great side items that pair well with your grilling choice , as well as great grilles .

All cooked up great, good quality beef. As expected at any retail butcher, they were pretty expensive, but we found them worth it.
We will be returning when we pass through the area.
