High recommend eating here to anyone who hasn’t tried it. My 1st time eating from here was tonight and it was a 10/10….Will be returning soon for more 😊

Google says open til 5, get here and the sign says closed on Sundays.

Great food there

Waited inside for 30+ minutes for them to say they were no longer steaming food. Wasted my time and left to go to another place. Won't be coming here again for a while. Y'all need to fix your ordering system.

As a fellow business owner, I take reviews very seriously; and have to give a lot of thought when I decide to leave a review of poor service. The system in place for ordering food is NOT working. When people have to take a ticket, and then wait a hour...yes I checked my watch just to order food.....and watch literally dozens of people come in, who don't get a ticket; go right up to the counter, order their food and get their order in 15 minutes, your system is broken. Other people walked out , who arrived after me, tired of waiting, just to place their order. I after 1 hr 25 minutes finally got most of my order, but decided to leave without the rest of my order that I paid for. That in itself should be a wake up call to the system your business has in place. I was not very pleased with the way an employee tried to fix the issue either. Employees should not be combative. You can have my money, but I sincerely doubt you will get my patronage again.

Called to reserve a sack to pick up day before Easter at 11:00. Live an hour away. Got delayed so I knew that I wouldn’t be there at 11. I called at 10:00 to give a heads up, and good thing I did. Lady on the phone said she didn’t see my order. I asked if they still had some Live available, she put me on hold and came back and said yes. I asked if one could be reserved for me and set aside since my order that I called in the day before apparently got misplaced (I get it, mistakes happen). However she said she couldn’t do that because it’s first come, first serve. This kind of caught me off guard. So I could reserve yesterday, you lose my order, have crawfish available, but can’t set that aside? ? she said no, and they were too busy at the moment to do that….i ended the phone call at that moment….luckily we found another vendor that was able to provide crawfish. The whole situation was handled poorly. Again, I get mistakes happen, but the response to that mistake was…..lacking.

I’ve always been a fan but went today for my first crawfish of the season, they were warm and cold, lots of mushy ones and lots of heads without tails. I watched the person scooping the crawfish flip a head from the edge of the table back into the bin. Even the potatoes were not good. What the heck happened? Good bye. I was so disappointed, they were just terrible. For the first time in my life I threw crawfish away!
