We have been going here for years. The people are so nice and helpful. Best crawfish around.
Waited for close to an hour. Asked the server at 40 minutes wait time about my food , she immediately responds that they’re just backed up (didn’t check on my ticket ) after I watched about 8-10 customers behind me walk out with their food. I waited an additional 15 minutes and asked another person about my food just to find out they never even started on my food. #horrible

Update your dang hours! Bunch of us sitting out Sunday morning waiting for ya to open ! Door sign and web site says open Sunday .
First time buyer and disappointed. The shrimp tasted and smelled like bleached and not fresh.
Would help if you post store hours for holidays.

The food here? Absolutely amazing. Super fresh, perfectly seasoned, and worth every penny. You can tell this spot knows what they’re doing when it comes to seafood.
Now… the ordering process? Let’s just say it was different (insert side eye). Not the most intuitive setup, and I definitely had a “what is going on?” moment. But hey, once you figure it out, it’s smooth sailing.
Would I come back? Absolutely. Just be ready for a bit of a learning curve when you order.

I have been coming here for over 30yrs there is no one in mobile or surrounding area that can complete your seafood desire . On stream seafood and raw fresh food the best A+++ Great customer service !
