As soon as I drove up I noticed the parking lot was clean with no trash. I was greeted by a new employee who goes by the letter C. She was very nice. I was also greeted by the G.M. Hali. I ordered the whole double club sandwich with the loaded potato soup. Hali brought my order out to the table. The plate presentation was amazing. The sandwich and soup were DELICIOUS!!!The G.M. came by my table to check on how everything tasted. I told her it was fantastic. An employee named Tee also Checked on me.( she has a pretty smils).The dining room and restroom were spotless! Great atmosphere with friendly employees!!RTRVegetarian options: Great selections!!Parking: Plenty of patking!!

I’d suggest training the front house staff on customer service as well as knowledge on different forms of payment. My family received no assistances when trying to use Apple Pay resulting in us having to drive way across town to your establishment to assist with Apple Pay when your cashier could’ve done it. Instead she stood dumbfounded!

Definitely will never go back!!!! Spent over 70 for lunch. Ordered 2 of the same sandwiches and they have different ingredients. Salad wrong dressing soup cold . After sending food back 3 times still couldn't get it right. I would definitely pick somewhere else. General manager was rude confrontational and when asked for corporate number I was given it by employee vs the gm who I asked. And they just laughed. Sent a email to corporate no one bothered reaching out to me. But hey its ok I have over 5000 views on my reviews. So I may not get help by corporate but at least 5k people are now informed about the bad food and attitudes. I even waited 2 days before emailing corporate because I didn't want them to think that I wanted a free meal and told them that I didn't want a free meal just wanted the situation corrected. But before spending over 70 on 3 people add another 10 and go to a nice place like carabass or something..

Got the wrong order brought to the table, then several minutes late came back and took it (note: our table ordered the same as apparently another table that ordered several minutes before our table.)
The food and service were very good as always. It's just pricey for sandwiches, soup, and salad.

I used to go to Newk's all the time. It's been a good six months since I've been there but the quality and the quantities have really changed and not for the better for $20. I got a whole sandwich aside and a drink. The container for the Ajou was maybe 1/3 full. The whole sandwich was about the size of what a half sandwich used to be with them. The quality was just OK and very little meat on my sandwich. For the money I could've gotten two sub sandwiches somewhere else along with the side and drink.

It’s been before the pandemic that I ordered from this eatery. I ordered newk’s salad and it was terrible. The salad was wilted, the chicken was extremely tough, croutons was stale. I threw it in the trash. One question Newks, what happened, your food used to be so good and fresh. I wish I could say that the next time I hope it’s better, but there won’t be a next time. Food cost too much money these days to waste on awful takeout food.

The whole restaurant was absolutely filthy. I asked for extra plates, they brought me wet plates. Bathrooms were horrible, you can tell they haven’t scrubbed the toilets in weeks. Need new management asap. The food was good but I would hate to see how nasty that kitchen is.
