Visiting the area for 3 weeks and just a short walk we stumbled on a gem of a restaurant. Great atmosphere, the best ever OLD Shell Club, and the New Yorker.
Very friendly staff and it seems like a family oriented place with great people and food to come back to since when been here 2 nights in a row already.

I've never eaten inside so I can only vouch for the food which is really good. Especially the loaded baked potato with pulled pork on top.

Historic drug store with mostly sandwich fare. Decent draft beer and wine selection. A bit loud and uncomfortable seating. Service could be improved. 2 bartenders tend the entire restaurant, so pack a patience pill. Overall, a good spot to enjoy as a local hangout.

Friendly Midtown spot. Small menu, but the food is good. Pretty good draft selection. Unfortunately, parking is a nightmare.

Nice little bar and restaurant. Has a vintage pharmacy/drug store theme. Good beers and the food it good too. I had the Thai chicken wrap, very fresh and very flavorful

Great sandwiches in a cool space. Our kids loved that Kraft macaroni and cheese was offered on the kids menu.

It is the first time, and it won't be our last. My wife and I enjoyed the atmosphere here. From the old-world decor filled with history from the past, the pharmacy was really cool. The bartender, waitress, server, buster, host Elizabeth, were terrific! She handles all the interior floor jobs with an infectious smile. The Long Island with the splash of cola on the side was excellent! Because they don't serve tea. The bar drinks are worth every penny. My cheese steak sandwich wasn't what I expected. My wife's sandwich was delicious.

Have me 24 food poisoning with a migraine . Person on phone claimed they didn't have a manager on site. Said they would let kitchen know. I don't think I'll be eating here again if I can help it.
Also, shrieking children was so fun.....
