Nothing Bundt Cakes

I placed an order through the nothing bundt cakes app. They charged my bank account and were to deliver the cake on January 21st. The delivery was marked as delivered but it was never delivered. I have called and left messages and no one has called me back. I will report this as fraud to my bank. Very disappointed in the service.

I took my 6 yr old grand daughter for her free buntini since her birthday is 1/23. My birthday is also this month. My grand baby couldn't get her birthday cake because she didn't have the app or an email. What 6 yr old has an email address? Then the worker said the baby would have to have the app on her phone. Again, she is only 6! She wouldn't accept the email that I received to give both of us a cake. We each had to have our own. I was disappointed that they were not willing to accommodate a 6 yr old. Either way, I did get her the cake and she enjoyed it. There are no complaints about the quality of the cake, it was fresh, tasted great as usual but they should have given the baby the birthday present. You guys need to change that policy.

I placed an online order after they had closed. Immediately got an email saying my order has been cancelled. Called twice today, left one voicemail and still have not heard anything. Of course they've charged my credit card. Was ordering for a surprise party in Mobile and I live in Pensacola. I really shouldn't have to drive to either location just to resolve this issue. Definitely will never try to use them again.

We stopped while we were in town to pick up a few bundt cakes to celebrate my sister-in-laws birthday. I had the lemon, which was divine. I think we purchased 4 cakes in total, I am unsure of our total. The ladies behind the counter were super friendly, there were my party another couple and a lady all in the storefront, and they worked to make sure we were all taken care of.

My daughter went here to buy several for her birthday and the staff were so nice and friendly. They gave her a free one and she bought a couple more. She gave me a Snickerdoodle flavor and it was fantastic! It was so moist and gooey I had to eat it out of the container with a spoon. I'm hoping in the future I may see a Tres Leches or Tiramisu flavor as those are my favorite desserts!

Ordered a carrot 8inch cake this past Saturday at 10 am and it was ready for me at 12pm same day ! The young ladies working the front were so sweet and the cake looked so good ! Thank you for such fast service.

My granddaughter’s school did a fund raiser. I ordered about $150.00 worth. We were so excited!!! Boy was I disappointed!!! Tasted like factory produced cakes. My oldest granddaughter loves and bakes cakes, cookies,etc. She said the icing was too sweet and had no flavor!!! Neither did the cakes! I’m so disappointed! My co workers bought some. I’m actually afraid to give them their cakes but I will. With a refund.

It took them 14 minutes to wrap up 3 cakes in the same bag with some itty bitty ribbon… Make it make sense.

First time and WOW!
Amazing store display. Very visually appealing. Friendly helpful employees all smiling. Cakes were delicious and around 5$ and some change. We ordered three! And they offer a military discount. Will DEFINITELY be a return guest :)
