Amazing food served in our friends home for a birthday celebration. My favorite part of the meal was the delicious risotto, but everything was delicious. I highly recommend this chef, food and service is top notch!

We recently had Chef Garrick come into our home for a private chef experience. It was truly amazing. We were able to experience fine dining in the comfort of our own space. Especially with Covid, I like to keep my circle tight and it is hard to get a table at a restaurant for a group (even a small group)! I highly recommend having Chef Garrick come into your home for your next birthday party, family gathering, Friendsgiving, Christmas, etc. It is the best of both worlds.

Yes they are open for lunch during the pandemic. Note employees are following all the recommended health precautions. Eat on the roof top patio, it has lots of sunshine

This place is absolutely amazing. I got the noodle bowl and the flavors were so perfect. Just the carrots by themselves were one of the best things I've eaten in a while. Everything was so balanced and worked so well together. It's in the YMCA lobby area but it's well worth the trek.

I love Nourish Cafe! It's my favorite lunch spot in downtown Mobile. The food is amazing and delicious and it always feels good knowing that I've done the right thing for my body and the planet. The tamale plate last week was yummy and the salad is my fave of all time. If the beet and carrot kombucha is ever an option, get you some! Same with the hummus and crepes and sorbet. BEST.LUNCH.EVER!

When I am looking for REAL food with a creative and modern touch I head to the Y to eat at Nourish Cafe! The food is delicious and made with whole ingredients that are healthful and nourishing. I love the fact that there is always something for everyone whether it be vegetarian, vegan, with lean meat etc. Thank you Garrick for preparing food that is real, convenient and affordable, to boot!

I eat here almost every day and so does most of my office! The specials are always phenomenal, but it’s hard for me to get past the classic Nourish Salad. Everything is so healthy, fresh, and exactly what your body needs after a tough workout. Nourish is truly a gem in downtown Mobile!
I LOVE Nourish and the owner is super accommodating. It's one of my very favorite spots on Mobile because it is always super healthy and delicious. We hired him to cater an event and every single attendee loved the food. He cooked onsite in front of the attendees and made my business look great!

Nourish is conveniently located in downtown Mobile inside the Moorer YMCA. I love that you can place your order before your workout and then it's ready to go when you are done! Super convenient!!

The chef brings new creative dishes to the menu each week and they are posted on the Facebook page so I can decide what I want before I leave the office. My favorite is the weekly salad with added protein like pork, chicken, or chicken salad ! Yum!
