I sat down with Emma!!! I love her! Her personality and energy are huge! She took such great care of us and it was one of the best restaurant experiences I've had in a long time. She was very timely, the food was delicious and pinpoint accurate on what we ordered. My time there was absolutely stupendous and I'll definitely be back!

Great restaurant with good food, comfortable atmosphere, great service. Stopped by OCharley's on Airport Road for dinner while on a trip through Mobile. Our waitress, Chy, was a "ten". Knew the menu, helped with our selections, and right on with her recommendations. Very pleasant evening and both of us very pleased with our meals. The $4 specials on drinks (Happy Hour until 7) was a surprise and give our experience with OCharley's a 5/5. Don't miss this travel treat!!!!

I travel around a lot and I will say this location has to be the best o Charleys I’ve ever eaten at. They represent the pinnacle of food service. The bartender (Shelby) asked my name and remembered it throughout the whole experience, the manager also stopped by to check on how everything was going and of course I replied amazing. You can really tell the staff here loves their job. All the great vibes really rub off on the customer to create an amazing experience. 10/10 would recommend.

Came into the bar to have a quick drink and an appetizer. The bartender Jamie was amazing. Not only was she friendly, with an amazing smile, but she handled my order with ease, while taking care of multiple guests. The manager Rafael came and checked on me personally to ensure an amazing dining experience. Highly recommend anyone to stop in an enjoy a great atmosphere

We were staying at a nearby hotel and decided to try this place for dinner. Lots of menu options and the food was good. I had the Cajun Shrimp Pasta, while my wife had the Fried Shrimp Entree. I would definitely go again if in the area.

Lillie was our server and she was the best!! She was very friendly, prompt, order was perfect, she checked on us often and made sure we were taken care of! Felt like we were her only customers! Food was pretty good too!Parking: Plenty of parking!

I was told not to come with a family of 9..if they keep that up..it will being closing down soon. Even if people dont want to work....the manager could have done more.

The day was great and awesome service put the cherry on top. Everything went well. Food was catered professionally. Nice glass of Minute Maid Lemonade too.Dietary restrictions: They encourage a 2,000 a day calorie input.
The cedar plank salmon was cooked perfectly (ie med rare) and went well with the draft IPA. The chicken dish was good as well. The blackberry and peach cobbler with a.scoop of vanilla ice cream was vwry tasty. Service was quick although it was a rainy night so not that many people there for dinner.

She walked me through the menu and helped me pick the best dish! Your restaurant could use 100 servers just like her! Amazing! Second time in a span of 6 years, that we have eaten here. Haley was our server and se was great. Place was clean and cozy. Food and drink were great! Wait was no issue. Location is not the best but overall, a good O'Charley's to dine at.

Salmon (6oz) grilled well no season , that's how I like it. The asparagus was perfectly cooked and potatoes were smashed to perfection I ate the rolls before I could get a picture ?
