O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

Food was barely warm, waiter didn’t seem enthusiastic about being there either. And a table across from us was left unkept for over 25 minutes…the professionalism is in the ground.

The food was great. The waitress was very nice and helpful. The mix drinks were very good.

I stopped by for a quick lunch and was greeted by a very friendly hostess and served by an awesome server Taylor Y. She was paid attention to my request and order. I am very pleased with my experience today and would recommend both O'charley's and Taylor. Thank you very much

It has taken a turn for the worse. No Prime Rib, the potato soup recipe has changed and is horrible. My wife did love her salad but I won’t be back!

Food is always good staff is always friendly. We can count on O Charlie's when we aren't sure what we want or want good quality food and a nice family atmosphere for a decent price. Had to ask 4 times for a soup spoon. Club sandwich had lots of meat but dry. fried fish was soggy and tasteless.

Tried to order online thru Google and after checking out it said that something went wrong with my card info and requested I enter another c.c. to process my order. Was too iffy for me so I called the restaurant and a nice lady inside said she would put the order in for me and bring it out to the car. I ordered from Texas Roadhouse for my Birthday Dinner and they were out of ALL dessert so I tried to order on-line with OCharlies on the way back home. I guess I should have just not gone for the Birthday Dessert..

Stopped in tonight for supper and was very pleased, as always. Madison is totally awesome! She takes such good care of me every time I visit! And the food was great, too!

My husband and I have always loved O’Charley’s. My friend and I went yesterday for my birthday and 1 1/2 hr later still got no food but everyone around (who came in after us) had theirs. When we talked to the manager, she said our food had been turned in 12 minutes earlier. Then the excuse started by her and the waitress. No apology by the waitress just excuses blaming everyone else. Be awhile before we go there again with that bad serviceSad part was when we got the food it was lukewarm and not that good

I DoorDashed food and the wrong food was delivered, I had the same name as another person who had a takeout order - easy mistake. I called the restaurant and the general manger delivered the food himself to my doorstep 10 minutes later and it was still warm and delicious as ever. Excellent food, excellent service! Keep up the good work!

I came in at about 6pm on a Saturday, and I was seated and served immediately even with a party of 6. Service was amazing and attentive. I ordered a 12oz USDA choice Top Sirloin with a side of fries and loaded Mac & Cheese. The fries and Mac & Cheese were amazing, unfortunately I can't say the same for the steak. Although it was juicy and flavorful, it was awfully chewy. I ordered it medium and that's the way it came, it just felt like I was eating a well done steak. The experience was good and I will be eating here again, but it's just not my first choice.
