this was the worst hibachi place i have ever been too. We started off with a shrimp tempura roll and right when we got it something seemed off, smelt very fishy and didn't look appetizing at all. Our waiter walked by us maybe 20 times and still wouldn't take our order, we waved him down and got chicken and scallop hibachi with soup and salad. The miso soup was absolutely disgusting, took one sip and couldn't even swallow it. The only good part was our water and the salad. The hibachi on the other hand was just flabbergasting. my chicken and rice was NOT seasoned at all tasted like absolutely nothing. When my girlfriends food came i could smell the old fish from the kitchen. the scallops were old !! . by far one of the worst hibachis and will not be returning.

We were needing to get away from what has been a hectic few days in Pensacola "post hurricane sally" and were on our way to Outback when my sweetheart spotted this place. We decided to give them a try and we are glad we did. Starting off, service was a little slow, getting us a table ready and getting a server, but once things got rolling the server did a great job explaining the menu, keeping our drinks filled and checking to make sure everything was on point.. As I've stated before in other reviews, I'm not much for sushi, but my lady loves the stuff. She ordered the Manhattan Roll and a Tuna Roll and enjoyed both very much. I had the hibachi steak and chicken, both were delicious and were generous portions. It was accompanied by stir fried veggies and a large serving of fried rice. But the star of the meal for both of us was the Miso Soup. It was fantastic..!! Not the watered down nonsense you get at most of the chain restaurants, this was an authentic tasting Miso that really got both of our attention. All in all, it was an enjoyable getaway and nice break from the norm and we would definitely consider coming back when in the Mobile area again.

It was a dope lil spot but the only thing I would have done different was get soy paper instead of the seaweed paper. It was too fresh for ME and I thought it overpowered the fish. Also the sriracha is not sriracha it's a weak chili sauce. I know it was a chili sauce because it complemented or brought out that fishy seaweed taste. But everything else was awesome. (I had a philly roll and the tuna version of it)

We ate lunch. We had the Habachi grill lunch. I had steak and chicken and my husband had steak and shrimp. Excellent food. Fried rice came with it. Everything was delicious. Service was excellent. We will be back.

We got a to go order and ordered the crunchy volcano roll and the dynamite roll. Both were mushy and the fish was definitely not fresh (sour). We only ate 2 pieces of each roll before giving up, but i’m truly surprised we aren’t sick this morning. Also got an order of chicken fried rice and an order of steak fried rice. They gave us ground beef, not steak. The chicken fried rice, had barely any chicken, the rice was hard and peas seemed to be dehydrated. The salads that came with our meals were pathetic and limp. The lady that took that took my order over the phone was extremely rude and was literally yelling at me. I also don’t think she rang it up correctly because there was no reason for that to cost $93... This was our first time eating here and we will never be back.

This place was the worst.. It looks all cute and nice inside... But once we ordered real Japanese food or any sashimi,nigiri or even sushi rolls... They all came out old, not fresh... Even rotten... The sweet shrimp was brown.... ( its usually white or almost clear) the crunchy roll tasted like dirt... Very out of the ordinary...they covered the sashimi scallops we ordered in mayo.... Eww.. Who drowns scallops in mayo when you order sashimi?!!!!!! My friend and I literally spit it back into napkins. I was so upset and disappoined , I contemplated walking out and not paying...we told the manager to take it almost all off or tab except for the calamari and shrimp tempura..these people DO NOT KNOW SUSHI!! They put way tooooo much rice for everything. It wasn't even sushi rice. No offense but I swear the owners were Korean. I don't understand why people open up businesses they know nothing about, think they can slap some weeks old fish down and call it a restaurant. Disgusting. I'm sorry. I hate to burst anyone's bubble but this was honestly the worst worst experience ever. The manager has the audacity to tell me that sweet shrimp heads always has brown terriakyi sauce on it... No they don't lady' visit Cali, Hawaii or Japan.. And learn what good food is before you try to make money off people by pushing gas station grade seafood.out of our 90 dollar bill, they took off 30... I still tipped the waitress because its not her fault..but wow. I tried hard not to throw up on the drive home.

Food/service is fantastic. The stuffed jalapenos are the best I've ever had and are an absolute must. Try something new and get the Lychee Martini.

The shrimp hibachi was over cooked and shrimp were rubbery and they left off a $10 upsell.The sushi looked like mush, batter was undercooked and the seafood on it were sour. 5/18/20

Tempura fried sushi was overcooked and that's why I'm giving this a 3 star review. I have had sushi from this place before, the same rolls and they were better the first time. It might be the pandemic putting strain on them. Aside from that, the hibachi was mediocre but still tasty, I just have high standards for that. Their salads and soups are always fresh and wonderful with their sauce. They have wonderful works who always are nice when we order. I hope the business we provided helps them during this time.
