Love the food here, as well as others finding that most of the selections were well empty, finding myself having to wait a few minutes for my choices to be prepared. No a problem, I wasn't in a hurry.

I had to drive an hour to this panda because it’s the closest to me, which is fine, but they had not given me all of my order and I didn’t realize until I got home. So I called and was told my information/order would be put in their book as a replacement order and could go back within a month or two to get it replaced. I went back less than a month later and was told they wouldn’t honor the replacement even though they knew I drove an hour to go get the replacement. The manager - or acting manager (not sure if he was a manager) didn’t try to help in anyway. He said we can’t replace the meal and didn’t even try to give a discount or anything. Very unprofessional. Will not return to this location. I’ll drive to Louisiana instead.

Doors were locked at 4:30pm and we were told we had to go through the drive thru. Only 2 cars ahead of us and it took 20 minutes. They had run out of Beijing Beef for the day, and it was going to be a 10 minute wait for the walnut shrimp, so we left with no food. Absolutely hopeless!

Food wasn't good. No ice. I went to the bathroom and there was no toilet paper in the stall. There was no soap. The hand sanitizer was empty as well. I went and told the counter and they said they would get to it after they helped the customers.

I just wish they would give me what I ordered and not leave stuff out literally almost 80% of the time. I can’t even call and get my card refunded because in 5 years of living in Mobile they haven’t actually picked up the phone once. I really don’t like contesting charges but it seems there actually isnt another way to resolve this other than driving ALL the way back up there.

Served one car at a time. Meaning same car went to drive thru order and went to window and waited then got their food while the person at the speaker was ignored for 5-7 minutes! Then next car same thing and repeat. I asked was it a wait time she stated no everything is ready and gave my concerns she said oh ok and took my order...smh

This is the worst Panda Express I have ever been too. Today 10/03/2024, my family and I stop by to dine-in. When we walked up to the doors, they were locked at 4:30 in the afternoon. I thought was odd because it was a busy area. For the Employees to close the business on their own was outrageous. So one of the workers signal to us to go through the drive-thru and that’s when the nightmare began. The location had NO SIGNS anywhere saying they were short-staffed. Not on the locked doors…. Not on the windows. Not even in the drive-thru.. we literally got stuck in the drive-thru line from 4:37 PM TO 5:21. Literally just sat there. No one came on the speaker to say anything. Just Let 9 ppl sit there. Ppl started to back out and drive off. I, myself, had to jump the curb to get out of line. Long story short, if this location doesn’t have people to work, the location needs to close down. This was beyond an inconvenience. I am glad decided I went to go spend my $70 somewhere else. I would never come back to this location again. Corporate needs to step in to this location and stop worrying about a profit margin and worry about the customer actually coming to eat there. if I could, I would give this location negative stars.

Server on the line was awesome. Cashier obviously didn't want to be there. Rice was seriously undercooked to the point of being crispy. Beef and broccoli was so salty that I couldn't even taste the beef. The spring roll is mush inside. I will say the honey sesame chicken was good. Won't be a return customer.
